INSTALLATION
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named ‘wk_whatsapp_livechat’(you can get the technical name from odoo app of the respective module).
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo app and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_whatsapp_livechat’
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
WORKFLOW
1)After installing the Odoo All-in-One WhatsApp Live Chat Integration, first configure the WhatsApp credentials.
Navigate to the configuration menu and enter the required WhatsApp API details such as Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, Access Token, etc., to establish the connection successfully.

2) Create WhatsApp message templates from the Templates section.These templates must be submitted to WhatsApp for approval.

3) Once submitted, you can check the approval status of each template (Approved, Pending, Rejected).Only approved templates can be used in whatsapp conversations.

4)Click on initiate chat to begin a WhatsApp conversation directly from Odoo.

5) You can send and receive real-time WhatsApp messages inside Odoo.

6) During the WhatsApp conversation, you can view complete chat details such as when the message was delivered and when it was read by the customer, directly within Odoo.

7) If required, you can manually stop or end the live chat conversation from the chat window.

8) While initiating or continuing a conversation, you can also use pre-approved WhatsApp templates for quick and consistent responses
