WORKFLOW
- After installing Mautic Odoo Connector , navigate to the Multichannel Dashboard in Odoo, where you manage all channel connections, synchronizations, and data mappings in one place.

2. Click on New and enter the required connection details such as API Key, URL, and credentials for the external platform (e.g. Mautic).

3. After clicking on Test Connection, the system will verify your credentials. A “Connection Successful” message confirms the integration is live and ready for syncing.

4. Once connected, you can access import and export buttons to sync data like contacts, campaigns, templates, and more.

5. Configure general settings like API Record limit, Company name, and timezone to ensure imported data aligns.

6. Moreover, you can set up channel cron jobs to automate tasks like data fetching, error handling, and syncing intervals for ongoing operations.

7. Additionally, define import cron schedules for periodic syncing of audiences, contacts, campaigns, and more directly from the connected channel.

8. In addition, use the global settings tab to manage system-wide preferences like default campaign types, template folders, or fallback values for missing data.

9. After that, click on Import Audience to fetch mailing lists or groups from the external platform into Odoo.

10. Consequently, once the process is complete, a message confirms “Audience Import Successful,” and the imported lists become visible in your Odoo.

11. Then, proceed to import members (subscribers) under each audience to view their profiles and subscription status in Odoo.

12. After completion, you’ll see “Member Import Successful”, and the system logs will update accordingly.

13. Additionally, you can fetch running or scheduled email campaigns from the external platform by clicking Import Campaign.

14. The “Campaign Import Successful” message appears once campaigns are added to Odoo for tracking or further use.

15. Furthermore, you can sync your designed email templates by clicking Import Template, making them available inside Odoo for future campaigns.

16. As a result, a successful import will notify you with “Template Import Successful”, and the templates can then be used or edited inside Odoo.

17. You can also export audiences created in Odoo back to the connected channel, ensuring bidirectional data flow.

18. Similarly, you can export individual contacts or leads from Odoo to the third-party platform by selecting and using the Contact Export option.

19. Moreover, use this option to export entire mailing lists along with their associated fields and structure to the external service.

20. Alternatively, export only the contacts within a mailing list if the list structure already exists in the destination channel.

21. Additionally, all import/export activities, success logs, and errors can be easily tracked from the Synchronization History section.
