    Initial Challenges

The client was already using multiple Webkul Odoo Apps such as Brand Multi-Channel Prestashop Odoo Bridge (POB), discounts on Invoices and Bills, Merge purchase order, Multi-Channel Prestashop Odoo Bridge(POB), Stock Auto Done Quantity, product pack, etc. Moreover, they also use various Odoo POS modules (cancel order, coupons & vouchers, manage order selector, etc.) to manage their business.

The client already manages the store’s front end on Prestashop and the back end on Odoo. They wanted customization to help them have two instances at the Odoo end and to manage different configurations related to accounts, stock, products, orders, and POS.

Mending the Ways of Business with Odoo

Trends Home runs the front and back ends on Prestashop and Odoo, respectively. They choose Odoo because it offers a great business solution having tools like sales, point of sale, warehouse, inventory management, e-learning, CRM, notes, rental, etc.

    How Webkul Helped Trends Home?

To resolve their problems, we configured two instances according to their requirement at Odoo’s end to manage different configurations related to accounts, stock, products, orders, and POS. Further, we customized the product packs and delivery notes to mesh with Prestashop.

We also helped them manage the multi-company, accounting, and tax management at the Odoo end. They also required Brand management from Odoo, so we customized that too. However, we made sure that everything functions in synchronization with Prestashop. And we also made products, orders, stock, and POS management compatible between the two (Odoo and Prestashop).
