For Advantech
- Sync only products from Salesforce to WooCommerce.
- Sync should be limited to products listed in a custom “Web Products List” in Salesforce.
- No reverse sync from WooCommerce to Salesforce.
For Galtronics
- Perform a one-time sync of all WooCommerce products to Salesforce.
- Create a custom Salesforce list view named “Galtronics” to store these products.
- After initial export, disable WooCommerce-to-Salesforce sync.
- Moving forward, sync only Galtronics products (from the list view) from Salesforce to WooCommerce.

The client operated two independent WooCommerce websites and required a customized synchronization setup for each brand, ensuring:

- Control over one-time and ongoing sync behaviors.

To address these brand-specific needs, our team implemented and customized the WooCommerce Salesforce Connector.

For Advantech:
- To begin with, we configured the connector to sync product data exclusively from Salesforce to WordPress, ensuring a one-way data flow that maintained control at the Salesforce end.
- Additionally, we implemented Web Products List-based filtering.
- This setup ensured that only products included in the “Web Products List” within Salesforce were synced, allowing only approved and relevant items to appear on the Advantech WooCommerce store.
For Galtronics:
- As a starting point, we enabled a one-time full product export from Galtronics’ WooCommerce site to Salesforce, capturing all existing products in the system.
- Next, we created a dedicated Salesforce List View named “Galtronics” to simplify access and ensure easy tracking of the synced products.
- Following the successful export, we disabled further product syncs from WooCommerce to Salesforce to eliminate redundancy and maintain data integrity.
- From that point onward, we configured an ongoing sync from Salesforce to WooCommerce.
- Now, only the products included in the “Galtronics” list view are pushed to the WooCommerce store, providing complete control, relevance, and accuracy in product availability.
Result After Using WooCommerce Salesforce Connector
- Salesforce is the centralized source of truth for managing product data across both brands, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Moving forward, we implemented controlled product syncing, allowing only pre-approved items defined through custom Salesforce lists to be pushed to WooCommerce.
- As a result, we eliminated manual data entry and automated the sync process, significantly reducing administrative workload and minimizing the risk of human error.
- Moreover, we designed brand-specific sync strategies, enabling each brand to follow a unique integration flow that aligns with its individual business needs and processes.
