We suggested our Odoo WooCommerce Connector. The module provides bi directional product sync, order import, and many other features.

The Timeline

After using the connector for some time, the Chile Suplementos team asked for various custom modules. These were vital due to the difference in the architecture of Odoo and WooCommece.

We did customizations related to Value Added Tax, discount management, and Bundle products.

Odoo does not provide the option to manage Product Bundles. Our team suggested our Odoo Product Pack module.

These features increased the team’s confidence in the module and Webkul’s expertise.

Chile Suplementos Module Migration 

With the release of Odoo 16, the Chile Suplementos team decided to migrate Odoo to the latest version. 

Our team migrated modules and customizations to the latest version. The team ensured that the functionality remained the same after the module migration.

To ensure data integrity with the latest version. We have migrated mapping tables to the newer version.

Warehouse Management between the platforms.

The Chile Suplementos began using a custom tool to handle multiple warehouses in WooCommerce.

This tool also lets them divide deliveries based on the warehouse.

It was challenging because we had to modify the connector to add this feature. We also customized Odoo to select warehouses for each order line.

The connector was designed with the future addition of new warehouses in mind.

Now, the team uses this tool efficiently for all data sync operations.
