Add Fruits wanted to develop a subscription model and generate a recurring revenue stream for their store. For this, they purchased our Subscription products module. Customers can choose the suitable subscription option (daily, weekly, monthly) and subscribe to their favourite teas, herbal, infused drinks, etc.

Also, the customers can manage the subscriptions for multiple products right from their accounts. Customers can update, pause, resume, or cancel their subscriptions as per need.

Problem Statement

Our PrestaShop Subscription Products modules comes has a feature that allows customers to cancel their subscriptions anytime.

Add Fruits had one custom requirement for which they contacted us. They wanted that if any customers subscribe to the product, then atleast two orders will be delivered and after that a customer should get an option to cancel the subscription.

For example, if a customer has opted for a monthly subscription of green tea in April 2024. Then, the products will be delivered in April and May months and after that he can choose to cancel the subscription if he want.

We understood the client’s requirements and successfully implemented them on the site.
