TEAM REACHING AHMEDABAD
On the evening of September 7, 2023, our Odoo team arrived in Ahmedabad to participate in the Odoo Community Days India event.
These gatherings serve as a platform for Indian business leaders and tech/service professionals. They foster a friendly atmosphere where people come together. The focus is on staying connected with the Odoo community.
Our community collaboratively offers the best solutions for managing businesses skillfully.
DAY ONE: ODOO 17 UNVEILED
The event started at 9 AM with a bang as Mr. Fabian took the stage. He gave an introductory session and highlighted the upcoming features and functionalities of Odoo 17.
It was followed by presentations scheduled with industry professionals.
1. ASK ME ANYTHING WITH FOUNDER
Our Webkul team also attended an Ask Me Anything session with Mr.Fabian Pinckaers, CEO and founder of Odoo.
We asked him about where Odoo was headed in the long run and how the company saw itself grow over the next few years.
2. BEHIND THE SCENES: BOOTH SETUP AND PREPARATION
Our team prepared for the event in the morning by setting up dedicated booths. These booths presented our services to potential customers and improved our Brand value.
Our team actively assisted attendees at the booth and answered their queries. We also introduced the products & services provided by Webkul.
The team worked its magic to create a space that screamed innovation and expertise.

3. INCREASING WEBKUL’S OUTREACH
Numerous sessions and presentations were organized. Also, they covered a wide range of topics with real experts leading the way. It was like a knowledge buffet served up by the pros!
Webkul also participated by presenting Webkul modules, customer success stories and spoke on several of Odoo’s technical aspects too.
From top-notch modules to industry-specific solutions, we covered it all. We proved why we’re the go-to team in the Odoo community.
4. INTERACTION WITH WEBKUL’S CLIENTS
We had a chance to meet a lot of our clients face-to-face. One of the interactions includes Mr. Vishal Shah.
It was pleasant to hear that he had been utilizing Webkul’s products to streamline his business processes.
As the interaction extended, we discussed and suggested some implementations for the future. These included E-Waybill, E-Invoice, Shopify Odoo Connector, Exports Bill, and POS Queue Manager.
5. CONNECTING BEYOND BUSINESS
Who said business events can’t be fun? DJ Vikas’s tunes set the stage for a night of celebration.
The Webkul team let loose, connecting with fellow attendees on a personal level. Let’s face it, networking is better with a bit of dance and laughter.
DAY TWO: PACKED WITH RECOGNITION AND ENGAGEMENT
Our team got a sweet surprise at the event venue. We received a handwritten note of appreciation from Mr. Fabian and Mr. Mantavya Gajjar, MD of Odoo.
They gave props to Webkul for being part of the Odoo community. It was a nice little nod that put a smile on everyone’s faces!
1. PRESENTING OUR SERVICES TO AUDIENCE
The event kept rolling with presentations led by the pros. Webkul’s squad stepped up and delivered talks on various topics.
These talks were pulled in a full-house audience. It was a day packed with knowledge and engagement!
Our team kept interacting with different business owners. We explained how Webkul can lend a hand with its wide range of products.
We also explained our knack for navigating the ins and outs of the Odoo platform. It was all about connecting and showcasing how we can make their business journey smoother!
2. CONVERSATIONS WITH THE ODOO FOUNDER
As the day passed, Fabian dropped by at our booth. He chatted about Webkul’s impact on the Odoo community.
Also, he had an extensive conversation with Ankur, Webkul’s Head of Project Management. Collectively, they discussed in detail about company contributions and expertise.
3. WRAPPING UP
The event concluded with a group photo and the Webkul team bid farewell to the Odoo community. We left behind a trail of inspiration and knowledge.
The event concludes around 6:00 PM with the team capturing a group photo. After that, we exchanged our goodbyes with the members of the Odoo community and headed out from Ahmedabad.
