Odoo Spin And Win is a promotional tool that helps in business enhancement by giving the customers amazing feature of the spin wheel.

The customized spin wheel can be used to provide customers with special bonuses, promotions, events, and gifts, etc. Grab new customers by providing them amazing features of spin and win. This module engages the customers and lets them win discounts.

You can create different spinner wheels for different occasions and display them accordingly.

INSTALLATION

Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘spin_and_win’.
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. You can activate the developer mode by typing ‘debug’ after ‘web?’ in the URL as well.
Now, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘spin_and_win’.
You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Once the installation is completed, visit the Website app from the backend and click on Configuration>>Configuration to define the desired default configuration for the spin wheel.

Under general settings, you can define the spinner name, set trigger type, can enable the field “Display count of remaining Spins” to display the number of remained spins on a wheel, and can set the number of spins for each user.
Under Advanced settings, set the spinner power, spinner inner radius, text font size, set text orientation, spinner duration, and set text alignment.

Now, for message and text configuration, click on click here to configure.

Set desired messages for spinner page header, success header, failure Header message, and define spinner rules. Once done with all, click on the Save button to implement the default configuration for the Spin Wheel.

How To Create A Spin Wheel

To create a spinner, Click on the Spinner menu under the Configuration tab and then on create button. Now, define the desired name for the spinner, set the number of segments for the spinner and add labels to it. If you want to override the default spin wheel settings then enable the option ‘Override Default configuration‘.

To define labels, Click on Add an item under the Segments menu. Define Color Code, set segment result either to success or to failure, set reward for the label, and lastly set the desired message you want to display on occurrence. Once done click on the Save & Close button to save the respective label.
