Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify: Ecomm Express for Fulfillment.
Yes, we now have integrated Ecomm Express for the fulfillment service with which admin and sellers would be able to manage fulfillment in a more efficient way. Which means that once the order is placed then seller from the backend will fulfill via Ecomm.
The charges for Shipping can be configured by other ways but on the backend, fulfillment will happen via Ecomm Express.
Let’s understand the whole work process:
You will have to visit feature app section of the app and then enable this feature with the name Ecomm Express.
Enabling this will add up $10 per month in your current Multivendor Marketplace plan.
Once enabled and payment is accepted then the menu for configuring Ecomm and another menu for adding reasons for cancellation will start getting displayed on Admin Panel.

From here the admin will have to enter his own Ecomm account details i.e. user id and password.
Cancel Reason Configuration
From this section, admin creates the reason which the seller will be choosing while canceling the order.
Clicking on the add button admin can create reasons like out of stock/delayed or any other, which will be visible to the vendor when he will cancel any order received.
The reasons can be activated and deactivated. The deactivated ones won’t be visible to the vendor.
From the seller panel, once the order is placed then the seller can use this ecomm fulfillment service while fulfilling the order.
To begin with: seller will have to visit the order section and click on the view button to view the order.
Clicking on this, you will be redirected to confirm or cancel the order via ecomm.
If the seller will click on confirm the order will be confirmed.
But if the seller will choose to cancel the order then there will be reasons that will be getting displayed for the seller to choose, and they will the reasons created by Admin.
