Prestashop Google Rich Snippet

For installing Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module you need do following steps

Note:   In order for proper functionality of “Prestashop Google Rich Snippet” module , You must need to install “Product comment” module before installing  “Prestashop Google Rich Snippet”.It is already provided by Prestashop .

Step 1:

Go to Module tab and Select

Modules ->Module

Click on Add a new module button to add Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module to your shop.

Step 2:

Click on Browse button as shown and search for the zip file of module Prestashop Google Rich Snippet.

Upload the zip file of module Prestashop Google Rich Snippet.

Step 3:

Look for the  Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module in the module list

Install the Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module

After these three simple steps  Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module is installed in your shop

Functionality check

Step 1:

Copy URL of your product page from the browser

Step 2:

Paste the URL of  product page of any product in box as shown below to check what will be the result of the Google search for the product whose URL is used.

Google Search Result:

Information about that particular product is displayed as result of installing Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module .

After installation of Prestashop Google Rich Snippet module the Google search result for the product will appear as shown above
