    Meeting scheduling made easy with Odoo Website Schedule Meetings!

    Attending and scheduling meetings are an essential part of any organization. The meeting schedule helps the attendees to know the date, time, and agenda of the meeting. Also, an already scheduled meeting helps manage other work accordingly.

    Odoo Website Schedule Meetings helps enhance, simplify, and streamline the meeting scheduling process. Moreover, the Odoo app helps in meeting management and efficient time management. In addition, the schedule meetings module makes the attendees aware of the meeting time, agenda, and duration.

    The module further gives multiple meeting schedule days and timings for the scheduler which they can choose. Also, they can select the day, time, attendees, and signature while creating the meeting.


    1. Create an event template for scheduling meetings in Odoo.
    2. It sends an invite link to attendees on meeting creation.
    3. Define meeting duration, timing, and day of the meeting when creating a meeting schedule.
    4. Add available days and timings for the meetings and define a question for meeting scheduling.
    5. Odoo Website Schedule Meetings adds a ‘Smart Control’ button to check the number of events scheduled in any template from the backend.
    6. The meeting scheduler must answer the preset question while scheduling a meeting.


    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_website_schedule_meetings.’
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_website_schedule_meetings.’
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

    1. Open the ‘Calendar’ module and click ‘Event Template’ after installing.


    2. On the new page, you can see all the created events. Click on any of them to edit it or create a new one with the ‘New’ button.


    3. After that, enter the name, color, and description. Enter the meeting duration and define the days available for meetings.


    4. Scroll on the page and enter the ‘Start Time Increment’ in minutes. Also, add the additional options (questions) for creating a schedule. Click the ‘Add a Line’ button to enter a question.


    5. In the popup wizard, enter the question, select the answer type, and tick if it is required. Once done, click the ‘Save’ icon.


    6. Once saved, move to the ‘Event Templates’ page and click the ‘View Booking Page’ button.



    7. On the Schedule Meeting page, you can see the available days (highlighted), and on selecting the day, you can view the available timeslots.


    8. Selecting a timeslot will show a ‘Next’ button to schedule a meeting.


    9. The next button will open the meeting schedule form, where you must fill in the attendees, your name, email, description, and signature. Once done, click the ‘Schedule Event’ button.


    10. After that, the page will load and show you the meeting details.
