INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_paystack.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_paystack.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

CONFIGURATION (ODOO BACKEND)

1. After installation, open ‘Invoicing> Configuration> Payment Providers.’

2. Open the select the ‘Paystack’ payment provider on the payment providers page.

3. Fill in the basic details, and in the ‘Credentials’ tab, enter the ‘Paystack Public and Secret Keys.’ Refer to the Paystack documentation to generate the public & secret keys.

4. Go to the ‘Configuration’ tab and select the ‘Payment Journal.’ Also, you can choose the supported payment icons, countries, and maximum amount, and enter the display name.

5. Open the ‘Messages’ tab and enter the messages for the listed scenarios.

6. Move to the Odoo website, open the ‘Shop’ page, select and open a product, and click the ‘Add to Cart.’

7. You can view the ‘Paystack’ payment option and click the ‘Pay Now’ button on the payment page.

8. On the Paystack Payment gateway, enter the details and select the payment method to process the payment.

9. It will verify the payment details and process the payment automatically. Based on that, you will see the ‘Success or Failure’ message.

10. Now, enable the ‘Debug/ Developer Mode’ and open the ‘Configuration> Payment Transaction’ section to view all the transactions.

11. The transaction details page shows the ‘Provider and Provider References’ with other payment details.
