Now PrestaShop store will be easy to manage for the store owner. PrestaShop Employee Advance Permission allows super admin to give specific permission of products, orders, and customers to the employees of a particular profile or to a specific employee.
Profile: Super admin can create profiles from the Back Office( Advanced Parameters–>Team–>Profiles) and can give specific permission of the “Tabs” and “modules” from the Back Office.
Employees: Super admin can create employees from the Back Office ( Advanced Parameters–>Team–>Employees) and can assign a specific profile to the employee so that the employee can have specific permission to manage the store.
Note:
- PrestaShop Employee Advance Permission module is compatible with PrestaShop framework version 8.x.x.
- PrestaShop Employee Advance Permission module is compatible with catalog’s new product page.

Features
- The super Admin can give specific Product permission to the employees of a particular profile.
- Also, super Admin can give specific Order permission to the employees of a particular profile.
- The super Admin can give specific Customer permission to the employees of a particular profile.
- Also, super Admin can give specific Product permission to a specific employee.
- The super Admin can give specific Order permission to the specific employee.
- Also, super Admin can give specific Customer permission to the specific employee.
- The Super Admin can give specific product permission to the employee from the “Edit Product” page of that particular product.
- Also, the super Admin can give specific order permission to the employee from the “order detail” of that particular order.
- Employees will get full permission for the orders of those products that are created by them or assigned to them.
- Also, the employees will get full permission(view/edit/delete) for the orders of those customers who have been created by them or assigned to them.
- This module is MultiShop compatible.
Installation
- Go to the back office-> modules -> modules & services -> Upload a module.
- Upload zip file of the “Employee Advance Permission” module.
- In this way, you can install the module successfully.



Profile And Employee Permission
After the installation of the module under “Team” two new tabs will add ‘Profile Permission‘ and ‘Employee Permission‘ from which the super admin can manage permission profile-wise and employee wise respectively.

Profile Permission
Under “Profile Permission“, the super admin can select the profile and give products, orders, and customers permission to the employees of the profile.


Employee Permission
Under “Employee Permission“, the super admin can select the employee to which he wants to assign permission for the specific product(s), order(s), and customer(s).


Note: If you create any new profile after the installation of the module. Then you need to provide ‘view’ permission to that profile in order to use the functionality of the module.

Note– This configuration will be common for “Profile Permission” as well as “Employee Permission“
Product Settings

If the admin enables “Enable product permission settings”. Then, the super admin can give specific product permission to the specific profile or employee.
Profile Permission
Employees of the selected profile can view, edit, or delete the products if the super admin has given permission. As shown, in the below image:

For instance: John Doe is an employee of the profile “Demo Shop”. So, now John Doe can view/edit/delete only those products for which the super admin has given permission.

If the super admin disables the “product permission settings“. Then, it will display a note under the ‘Product Permission’ tab as shown below:

Note– If the super admin disables the “Product permission setting” then all the products will be visible to the employee as permitted by the super admin from the “permission” tab (shown below).

Super Admin can also give permission for a specific product to an employee from the “Edit product” page as shown in the below images-




Order Settings

If the super admin enables the “Enable order permission setting” then the Super admin can give specific order permission to the Specific profile or employee.

Now, the employee can see only those orders that the Super admin has permitted.

If the super admin disables the “Enable order permission setting” then the super admin will not be able to give specific order permission to the employees of the particular profile. By default, all the orders will be visible to the employees if permitted by the super admin from the “permission” tab.
If the super admin disables the “Enable order permission setting” then you can see an Alert Message in the “Order Permission” tab.

Note– Orders created by selected employees themselves will get full permission (view/edit/delete) of those orders.
Super Admin can also give the permission for specific order from the order detail page(Orders tab) to the specific employee as shown in the below images-



Customer Settings

If the super admin enables the “Enable customer permission setting” then the super admin can give specific customer permission to the employees of a specific profile or to a specific employee.

The employees of a selected profile can see only those specific customers that have been permitted by the Super admin.

If the super admin disables the “Enable customer permission setting” then the super admin will not be able to give specific customer permission to the employees of the particular profile. By default, all the customers will be visible to the employees if permitted by the super admin from the “permission” tab.
If super admin disables the “Enable customer permission setting” then you can see an Alert Message in the “Customer Permission” tab.
Note– Employees will get full permission for the orders of customers which are created by them or assigned to them.

Employee Permission
Product Permission

Super Admin can give access of some specific products to selected employees.

Note: Products created by selected employees themselves will get the full permission of those products.
Order Permission

The selected employee can have access to those orders that the Super admin has permitted.

Note: Employees will get full permission for the orders of products which are created by them or assigned to them.
Customer Permission

The selected employee can have access to those customers that the Super admin has permitted.

Note: Customers created by selected employees themselves will get full permission (view/edit/delete) of those customers.
