INSTALLATION

1. Once you buy the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘deutsche_post_delivery_carrier.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’ in the odoo app.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘deutsche_post_delivery_carrier.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

1. After installation, navigate through ‘Sales >> Configuration >> Shipping Method.’

2. Configure the “Deutsche Post” shipping method by selecting it.

3. Now, under the extra tab, configure the ‘Delivery Setting and ‘shipping information.’

4. Under the ‘credentials’, configure the consumer key, consumer secret, and account number.

5. After the configuration of Deutsche Post shipping, create an order from the backend.

6. Choose the customer’s information, add the product, and click the ‘Add Shipping’ button.

7. The Add Shipping Method pop-up will appear. Select the shipping method as Deutsche Post, and click on ‘Add.’

8. After you add the delivery method, click ‘confirm’ to confirm your order.

9. Open the delivery from the top-right corner.

10. Now, for packaging, select ‘Put in Pack’ configure the package detail, and save it.

11. After all the processes, click ‘Validate’ for the validation of your delivery.

12. Click on Traceability, which will be generated after the delivery validation.

13. Now you can check the ‘traceability report’ by clicking on traceability.

14. Now follow the path ‘Setting’ >> ‘Technical’ >> ‘Scheduled Actions’ >>’Create Deutsche Post order.’

Note: For this process, you need to activate developer mode.

15. Activate the Deutsche Post order and configure it according to your needs.

16. Navigate through ‘inventory’ >>  ‘configuration’>> deutsche postorder >> view order.

Here, you can see the bundle of the orders made on the respective dates.

17. Select any Deutsche order, and then it will show different sales orders for a particular day.

Here, you will also get an attachment for AWB.

18. Open the attachment, and you will get the receipt for orders that will be sent to Deutsche End.
