Complete Guide to Odoo Purchase XLS Reports Setup

INTRODUCTION

Every organization needs an XLS report of Purchase Order. Now easily download the purchase order report in excel via Odoo Purchase XLS Reports.

About the App: Now you can track all your purchases and keep a record to show to the vendors in the future. Also, the data is kept in a statistical way which is easy to understand for admin too.

With the help of this module, the admin can download and print their purchase order reports in XLS format. The XLS format enables them to keep statistical data of their purchase that is convenient too for future purposes. The module enables the admin to download the purchase order XLS report.

FEATURES

• The Odoo Purchase XLS Reports Module enables you to print the purchase order reports in XLS format
• You can print Excel reports by clicking on the “Print XLS” button as well as clicking on “Print Excel Report” in Action Dropdown.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_purchase_xls_reports’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. You can activate the developer mode by typing ‘debug’ after ‘web?’ in the URL as well.
5. Now, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_purchase_xls_reports’.
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

1. Once the installation is completed, visit the Odoo Purchase app from the backend.
2. Here click on the purchase order as shown below.

3. Now, click on the ‘Action’ button and select download XLS Report.

4. After that, an excel file will be downloaded as shown below.

5. Therefore, you will be able to download and view purchase order report in XLS format.
