Shopware is a leading Germany based e-commerce platform. Till the date, the platform has received more than 80 thousand users and it is a wondrous e-commerce solution in the DASH region and surrounding territories
Shopware is an open-source eCommerce framework. Meanwhile, the features which are taking this Plateform to the prime levels are content management capability, Drag-Drop design layout, Multi-warehouse system, scalability and performance, and many more.
How to Create Purchase Order
Front end
For creating an order Customer have to go to the Shopware store. Click on any categories associated with your product like electronics, clothing, etc.

After clicking on categories, customer have to select products.

After selecting the product, it will display. Now customer have to click on “Add to shopping cart”.

Now customer will see, the product will add in the Shopping cart. Then click on “Proceed to checkout”.

After clicking, a new page “Shipping information” will open. Here customer need to fill all information. Then click on the “Continue” button.

On this page, customer can check the information that have filled previously. After that, customer will click on the “Send order” button.

Now, customer can see that order is placed.

Check Orders Overview in Shopware6
For check orders in shopware, go to the Shopware6 Dashboard and click on the Orders. Orders Menu provides you easy access to the Shopware order overview.

Order Overview
When you clicked to Order overview a new page will open. Overview provides you a record of all the executed orders of your customers.
In the overview, you have the probability to hide/show single columns via the dropdown menu.

For order details, you will click on the point View of the context menu from the order.

Order Details
Here you can see customer data. You will also see, the view of this order, as well as the selected shipping and payment method.
In the detail view, you can edit the order at the click of an edit button. You can also add new products as positions, edit existing ones or remove them. You can also cancel the order, if required, or delete it.

Items details
You have the possibility to see the individual items of this order, as well as the calculation of the sum of the items.

Order States
The statuses section allows you to control the order and payment status of your order. States also appear you a history with an exact timestamp for the agreement with the change.

Shipment
In the shipment, you can see the shipping type, address, delivery date, shipping costs.

Documents
In the Documents option, You will create invoices, delivery notes, etc for the corresponding order.
Click on the Create new button.

After clicking the “Create new” button a new page will open.
- Delivery note number – Here you will see the Delivery note number, you can also change the number.
- Date – You will see the Product order date, you can also change that date.
- Delivery date – The Delivery date is also written there and you can also change the delivery date.
- Comment – On the bottom side, you will see the comment box. Then you will share your comment about the order.
After filling all the options, you will see three-button.
- Preview
- Close
- Create
If you click on preview, you will see a Print of order document.
When you click on close, then the page will close.
Click on Create, then you will see Documents will be generated.

Promotions
For an e-commerce business to grow, it is quite necessary to inculcate effective marketing strategies that extended a strong impact on the customers.
Promotions are elected by the discount that is a part of marketing. You can give a discount to your customers for boosting product sales.
The discount module shows you an overview of all your currently running or configured promotions.
Within this mask, you can also add new promotions or view existing ones.

First, go to Dashboard -> Marketing. When you click on marketing there are two options available over there, Promotions and Newsletter recipients. You have to click on the Promotions.
Add a new promotion
The admin needs to navigate through Marketing > Promotions > Add Promotions as shown in the image below.

When you will click on the Add button, a new page will open. You have to fill the option in all three categories – General, Precondition, Discount.

General
- Name: Here you will give your promotion name.
- Sales channels: You will have the option to assign the promotion to your sales channels.
- Valid from- You can use these fields to define whether your promotion should be limited in time and, if so, from when to when.
- Valid until- In this field, we fill the last date of the end discount.
- Possible Redemptions: The redemption field is available in two versions, both of them allowing you to limit the use of this promotion to a maximum redeemable count.
- Promotion Code: If you don’t want to activate the action globally, you can activate it via a promotion code.
- You can switch this option to active by clicking on “Use Promotion Code”.

Preconditions
The sub-tab preconditions offers you the possibility to apply defined rules from your rule builder to limit your promotion according to given conditions.
Here you can define conditions for your target group, the shopping cart or the entire order.
Target Group – We can select a specific customer group to apply for the promotion.
Assign customer – Here you can select an Individual customer for Promotions.

Qualified shopping cart
It is a promotion rule builder to determine qualified shopping cart states. Without a set limitation, the promotion will be applied to all shopping carts.
Click on Cart rules and choose to create a new rule.

After choosing a new rule a new page will open. The description of the New global rule fields are as follows:
Rule Name: The name of the Rule which the admin configures.
Description: The Description of the rule for a better understanding of the customers.
Priorities this rule: Here you will fill preferences of products.
Search Conditions: You will set a condition like cart amount, goods count, goods price, line item count in a cart, etc.
After filling all the options click on the save button.

Qualified Order
Use the rule builder to determine qualified orders. Without a set limitation, the promotion will be applied to all orders.

Click on Order rules and choose “create a new rule”.
After choosing a new rule a new page will open. The description of the New global rule fields are as follows:
- Rule Name: The name of the Rule which the admin configures.
- Description: The Description of the rule for a better understanding of the customers.
- Priorities this rule: Here you will fill preferences of products.
- Search Conditions: You will set a condition like Billing country, Billing street, Business customer, etc.
After filling all the options click on the save button.
Discounts
The discount which the admin offers under the Cheapest. Admin can offer a discount to selected products of a defined product rule and specific places like the cart or entire shop or specific product.
- Apply to: The admin chooses the Promotion Rule Apply to field like Cart, Shipping cost, Entire set, etc.
- Type: The admin can choose the type of Discount like Percentage, fixed unit price, Absolute, etc.
- Maximum discount: Here you will select the maximum amount of discount that you will provide.
- Value: In this option, you will fill the discount percentage value.
You can also apply specific products that you want to give a discount.

Front View
The discount will appear on the shopping cart.

When customer will enter the right Coupon code then the discount will be applicable to the product.
