Guide for OpenCart Store Close

OpenCart store close extension helps the store admin to display the store close and open information to the customers.

The customers will see the message along with store open timings if the admin enables the permissions for the same.

The admin can set separate timings for the store day-wise.

• The customer will see the store open timings with the store close status.
• The admin can add store open and close timings day-wise.

First, extract the downloaded zip file. After that, open the correct Opencart Version Folder. According to the OpenCart Version installed in your system.

Then, upload the admin and catalog to the Opencart root directory.

After that go to System > Users > Usergroups. And then edit ‘Administrator’.

Select the shown checkboxes for Access Permission, Modify Permission, and Save it.

Now navigate to Extensions > Extensions > Modules. Find Store Close Connector from the list. Click the Install button as visible in the screenshot below.

Navigate through Extensions->Extensions->Modules-> Store Close and edit it.

The admin has to make the following settings to enable the module.

Status: Enable or disable the module from here.

Timezone – Select the timezone for your store as per your local timings.

Description – The admin will enter the store close message here or add a heading for the same.

Shop Timings – The admin can enter separate timings for the store for individual day.

Accept here: If the option is enabled then the added timings will display to the customers.

The customer will open the store website and they will find the store the close message and timings due to this OpenCart Store close extension.

If the admin disables the accept here permission from the backend then the customer will see the message for store close and no open timings mentioned over there.

Note – The module only displays today’s opening and closing time as per admin permission.
