Odoo Zoho CRM Connector: Experience the ease of customer relationship management!!

Zoho CRM serves as a single repository for your sales, marketing, and customer support activities, streamlining your processes, policies, and people in one platform.
Whereas, Odoo provides integrated functional business apps called Odoo apps that form an ERP solution when combined.
We have integrated these two platforms to eliminate each other’s shortcomings and created the Odoo Zoho CRM Connector with vast features.
Prerequisites For Using Odoo Zoho CRM Connector
The Odoo Zoho CRM works in conjunction with the following module:
You must install this module first for the Odoo module name to work.
FEATURES
- Leads are evaluated for relevance before being converted into opportunities.
- Cron scheduler enables bulk customer imports and customer details handling.
- Odoo facilitates the importation of pipelines Contacts and products through the cron scheduler.
- Pipeline statuses are managed within Odoo.
- Cron scheduler supports imports of products, deals, contacts, and users, with filtering options available.
- Bulk object export is possible via the Export All option or by selecting items by IDs.
- Specific objects can be exported by selecting it from the list view.
- Real-time object sync is unidirectional from odoo to Zoho.
- Configuration for real-time data deletion for object deletion.
- The state table manages Zoho CRM and Odoo order statuses, handles Odoo Stage and Zoho CRM Stage mapping, and configures deal loss.
INSTALLATION
- Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
- Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘zoho_crm_bridge’
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
- Then, open the Apps menu and click ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘zoho_crm_bridge’
- You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW
CONNECTION
- After installation, Navigate to the Multi-CRM App
- Now Navigate to the connection And Create a new connection.
- You will get the Client ID, and Client Secret from the Zoho API Console.
- Fill in all the details under the Credential tab. Redirect URI will be auto-generated as you will save the connection.
- Configure Real-time synchronisation for the data sync and deletion.
Real-Time Data Synchronization: If enabled then, it will sync data from odoo to Zoho in real-time.
Real-time data delete: when this option is enabled it will delete data in real-time from odoo to zoho.
- Under the States, you can map the Stage of Zoho CRM with the stage of Odoo end Moreover you can also configure on which stage the deal will be lost.
- On clicking the connect button you will be redirected to the confirmation page for your connection. Click the accept button.
- Your connection is successful. Now You can configure the cron scheduler for the company, contact, deal and product under the scheduler section of connection configuration.

IMPORT FUNCTION
- Now, moving on to the Import Operation you can import Contact Deals user and product from Zoho to Odoo. To use the import operation click on the Import button.
- Configure the following:
Connection: On which instance you are importing the object(Deal, Contact, User and Product).
Object: Select the object you want to import (Deal, Contact, User and product)
ZohoCRM Filter: Apply the filter to import specific objects (Deal, Contact, User and Product).
- Contact Import will be successful with the click on Import. Similarly, you can import the deal, Product and user from the Zoho CRM to odoo.

MAPPING
- You can check the mapping of the contact, Lead product and Contact. To check the mapping navigate to desired option from the mapping tab under the multi-CRM app.
- Assume we want to check the mapping of the contact. Below is the list of the contact mappings between Zoho CRM and odoo.
- Moving further you can also check the connection Store ID and record of that respective mapping. The ‘Imported’ option shows whether the object is imported or exported whenever it is enabled then the product is imported.

EXPORT FUNCTION
- You can export Customers, deals or products. for now, let’s suppose we want to export the product.
- Navigate to the sales table >>> products >> product >> change to list view >> select the product >> Action >> Export to CRM.
- After that, you will get a popup window asking for the following
Connection: on which connection you want to export the object
Channel: Which channel you are using for the export option
Operation: Select the operation i.e. update or export the object.
Object type: Select which object you are exporting/updating i.e. product, deals and customer.
Objects ID: Automatically configured.
- The product export is successful from Odoo to Zoho CRM.
Lead Evaluation
- To Enable the Quality check for the Lead enable the setting from the odoo backend.
- Now, Lead will show a Convert to Opportunity button at the top left corner. Click it if you want to convert it into an opportunity.
