Meet Mohit – One of the real Webkul hero

Brands are not born they are made by visionaries and a small team of the hardworking ironman.

What were the tough situations you handled in previous years and how you overcame them?

    pool

For me, each task or project is just like a challenge until I succeed. Starting from OpenERP Bridges, then Dockerized Demo, Migrating Odoo, then Odoo SAAS Tool-kit, deploying Odoo with High Availability structure, & this will continue as it will give me the strength to accept more new challenges.

How did you overcame failures and kept your team members motivated all the time?

    motivation

It’s almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure. I don’t like a failure but unfortunately, as much as we hate failure, it is guaranteed. It`s a part of being human, everyone has experienced failure at some time. The best way to conquer failures is to learn from those mistakes. Once we have failed at something, we need to figure out our next action. By making decisions about our actions post-failures, we can start heading towards success instead of getting stuck in failure. Each failure is a lesson for an opportunity to inch closer to success.

To motivate my team, usually, I share some real-life stories related to their mistakes and tell them not to be dissatisfied on making mistakes but to overcome & learn from mistakes and keep trying until you succeed.

What made you ace goals again and again?

    black-board

To win or to acheive any Goal my mantra is firstly, never blame others for your failures, instead accept & learn from your mistakes. Secondly, push yourself to learn something new every day, and lastly & the most important…” Have some Patience”: By being patient, you can overcome any challenging situation with more flexibility and in a better way.

As an Organisation how we are turning tables and what is the future?

    heading

It`s being a very long time when I joined this organization and at that time it was just an office with very few employees. But with good management of directors, great efforts & hard work of employees has made the company’s growth to the next level. I have no idea how the future will look & neither anyone else. I believe in the present so it’s better to do your best in current rather taking stress about the future.

    Experiments vs SafePlay, your thoughts?

    future-1

In my opinion, every action(no matter what`s the result is a failure or a success) gives us some learning. If we keep playing safe & not doing any experiments,  we are just blocking our brain. In order to learn something new, we have to keep doing experiments, even if the problem is of repetitive type, we have to come up with a unique & good solution to the same problem every time.

There is a very famous quote “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.”

Now, it`s up to you what you want to stay young or to become old. 😉

What are your plans for putting dent in universe?

    next-big-1

My plans are to Contribute more to open-source & improving performance in the software architecture level. But my biggest plan is to grow others, because as a developer success is just about growing yourself but when you become a leader success is when we grow others.

Technology vs Ideas vs Hard Work, Which amongst them do you prefer the most?

    win-2

Technology, Ideas & Hardwork all of them has its own importance. In Current ERA, No one can achieve success by eliminating any one of these completely. For me, the ratio between these is 3:5: 2.I believe in doing “Hard work but along with superb ideas which in turn uses Technology”,I guess many people call it as Smart work 😀

What does Webkul mean to you?

    webkul-mean

Here in webkul, still today I`m working on exciting challenges that allow me to use my interest in and experience to develop metrics & build a product. Even today, I can proudly say that I am truly enjoying my job here, and when I leave at the end of each day I feel as though I have made a contribution to the success of our Organisation and to my personal growth too, I never feel that I am just doing a 9-10 hours job here.

Few or in appreciation for webkul
