Make a Purchase After Getting Complete Satisfaction with Odoo Product More Info!

While purchasing online, customers have many queries in their minds regarding the product. Customer satisfaction is necessary while purchasing because they spend their belongings in purchasing the product.

So, checking the worth of the product is necessary before making a purchase.

In online shopping, customers cannot check the products and their quality physically. So, the only way to get to know about the product is the information provided by the seller regarding the product on the websites.

‘Odoo Product More Info’ module allows your customer to request more info about the product from the seller. Customers can raise the query related to the product to clear their doubts before making a purchase.

The feature of more info attracts the customers to your Odoo Website. It helps the customers to get all the information regarding the product and make a seamless purchase

FEATURES

The Odoo Product More Info allows you to enable/disable the More Info Option.
You can even set mail from the backend.
The user can send Product related Query from the Product page.
You can send the product information requested by the customers and resolve their queries.
Only the logged in customers can request Product Info.

INSTALLATION

Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_request_more_info’.
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
Then, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules List’.
In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search ‘website_request_more_info’.
As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Customer can request for more info regarding the product by simply clicking on the More Info button on the Product page.

In case if customer is not logged in, so to proceed with the further process user have to login using his registered username and password

Enter the Email and Password and the customer is redirected to the same product page.

Now, the customer is logged in and they have access to request product more info. Click on the More Info button.

On clicking more info link, a popup window will appear with the auto-fill information like name, email, mobile.

On request more info window, a user can define his the query and click on Submit button.

Once user query submitted successfully, the customer will receive a confirmation message.

Admin can check the queries from backend. To check the queries go to the Product Query under the Orders tab on Website.

Admin can Add the Answer of the Query, then Save the Answer by clicking on Save Answer button. You can see that the Product Query is in New State.

After Saving the answer of the query, the state of query is now changed to the Answer. Now, the Admin can send the Answer of the Product Query to the Customer.
