The delivery boy has the feature of “Pickup location”, which redirects him to Google Maps to navigate to the pickup location for that order.
To complete the order, the delivery boy must click “Delivered,” which will open the “Enter OTP” pop-up. The delivery boy then enters the OTP provided by the customer.
The customer will receive the OTP Pin in the order section after placing the order, which makes online shopping safe and secure for customers.
