INTRODUCTION

Add Terms & Conditions using Odoo Website Terms And Conditions!!

Terms and conditions are a contract between you and the user. It is an acceptance by the user, that he agrees to your terms and conditions before completing the purchase on your website.

Odoo Website Terms And Condition lets you add the terms and conditions on the order confirmation page so that the users can go through the terms and conditions before proceeding further with the order.

By using the module Odoo Website Terms and Conditions you can set out obligations for the website users. Every user is abiding to accept the terms and conditions for the purchases.

Admin can draft or edit the terms and conditions accordingly. Also, you can display the terms and conditions in two ways: On the same page or in a Pop-Up window.

FEATURES

The Odoo Terms & Conditions Module gives the seller the ability to set Terms & Conditions for your Odoo website.
On the checkout page, it displays Terms & Conditions without accepting them you cannot go forward.
If the Terms & Conditions are not accepted, the payment is restricted and a message is displayed.
This allows you to require your customers to accept your Terms & Conditions before they place an order.
The Terms and Conditions enable you to effectively protect your Odoo website from abusive users.
It also allows you to easily save your content and website design.
There are two ways to display the Terms & Conditions. On the same page as well as in a pop-up window.

INSTALLATION

Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_terms_conditions’.
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
Then, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules List’.
In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search ‘website_terms_conditions’.
As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Firstly, log in to the ‘Odoo Instance’ and go to the ‘Website’ module.

2. In the “Website” module go to Webkul Website Addons >> Website: Terms and Conditions and click on Configure.

3. A pop-up window will open and you can configure the Website, Show Terms and conditions on Checkout, Show Checkbox on Checkout, and How to Display the Terms and Conditions and other details.
