Multivendor Marketplace App for Shopify: Upgraded Feature for Connectors.

We have added a new features in the connector feature app for Multivendor Marketplace App for Shopify. Please keep an eye on this blog to know about all the updates in the app.

We introduced the new feature of fulfilment compatibility, previously if the seller is using the third-party app to fulfil the order on their Shopify store, we are unable to fetch the inventory data.

But now inventory can be tracked even if the seller is using any third-party app.

While syncing products from the seller store to the multivendor via Shopify, Woo-Commerce,

And Big-commerce connector, we do mapping so from now Shopify connector, Woo-Commerce, and Big-commerce connector allows you to do options mapping also.

Follow the path admin panel > configuration > restriction configuration.
Restrict option name tab: As admin needs to enable this tab to enable the option name mapping.

For example, The admin belongs to x country and the seller belongs to y country and the admin writes color as the option name but the seller writes colour as the option name.

The connector will help you to convert colour into color as an option on the multivendor app.

Other option name tab:

If you enable this tab you will be able to edit new options name. or else you will be restricted to choosing between the created options name by the admin.

We all know how to activate the auto-approve option for the seller’s product but to enable the seller-wise, the auto-approve product tab must be disabled.

Admin needs to go to admin panel > configuration > product configuration.

Once you disabled the auto-approve product tab, need to go admin panel > seller > seller listing> select a particular seller.

Now, your sellers will have a list of all the connector imported products in the connector product menu section in their respective seller panels. The seller can also perform various actions.

ADMIN END

Firstly, the admin has to enable this-

Multivendor Marketplace App Admin panel>>Configuration>>Product configuration>>Enable connector product menu>>Save.

SELLER END

Once the admin saves the above configuration, all the connector imported products are listed on the seller panel.
Multivendor Marketplace app seller panel>>Products>>CONNECTOR PRODUCTS.

Sellers can perform various actions from this section such as view, delete a product and disable sync.
Let us dive into each action one by one for better understanding.

VIEW–

By clicking on the VIEW button, the seller can view the variant details of the connector imported product.

This will list down all the variants for that particular product. The seller can perform various actions such as delete or disable sync for product variants as well.

DELETE VARIANT

The seller can delete any particular variant from this section.

The status of the variant will change from active to deleted. The seller can also restore the deleted variant as well.

NOTE- In this case, the deleted variant is disabled from the admin Shopify store and multivendor marketplace app. You cannot perform any actions on the deleted variant.

Disable sync for connector products variants

The seller can disable the sync for connector variants products.
Disable sync means changes made on the seller connector store will not be reflected in the multivendor marketplace app.

The status of the variant will change from active to sync disable. The seller can also enable the sync again for connector product variant-

DELETE PRODUCT

The seller can also delete the connector products-

Once deleted the status for a product will change from active to deleted. The seller can also restore the deleted product as well.

NOTE- In this case, the deleted product is removed from the online sales channel on the admin Shopify backend and shows deleted from the app. You cannot make any changes to the deleted product.

DISABLE SYNC FOR PRODUCTS

The seller can also disable sync for the connector products and any changes made on the seller connector store will not be reflected in the app.

Status for the product will change from active to sync disable and seller can also enable the sync again for the products

Now, the connectors selected by the seller will be listed on the edit seller page-

Multivendor Marketplace App Admin panel>>Sellers>>Sellers listing>>click on edit

In this particular tab, the admin can easily check the list of all the connectors installed in the Multivendor and also the users (sellers) of those connectors.

Admin needs to follow the path Admin Dashboard > Action Tab > Connector App

To check the list of all the sellers who are using a particular connector.

The admin can click on the action button and select the view seller then a new window will open with the users (seller) of that connector.
