Odoo Marketplace Seller Locator<\/a> helps customers discover marketplace sellers by their name, location, and rating. Sellers are displayed on an interactive map with clear location markers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers can select a seller to view their details, contact information, and location. They can also open the seller’s location directly in Google Maps for navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Odoo Marketplace Seller Locator provides website-level map settings, flexible seller profiles, multiple map views, and faster seller browsing through lazy loading and pagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018marketplace_seller_locator<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode<\/strong>. You can activate the developer mode by typing \u2018debug\u2019 after \u2018web?\u2019 in the URL as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Now, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018marketplace_seller_locator<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Configuration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1. Configure Seller Locator Map Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      After installing the Odoo Marketplace Seller Locator<\/strong> module, go to Settings \u2192 Marketplace \u2192 Website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Select the required website and scroll down to Map Settings<\/strong>. Enable Show Sellers Locator<\/strong> to display the Seller Locator on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The map settings allow the administrator to configure the map center, map type, zoom, search radius, and default-center behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Set a Manual Map Center<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to display the Seller Locator around a specific location, select Manual<\/strong> under Map Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enter the required location in the Address<\/strong> field. The entered address is used to define the center of the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The manual configuration can also be used to define the map type and search radius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Select the Map Type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Open the Map Type<\/strong> field and select the required map representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Seller Locator supports Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid,<\/strong> and Terrain<\/strong> views. You can also configure the Map Zoom, Search Radius,<\/strong> and Show Default Center<\/strong> options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Seller View<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      4. Open My Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Log in using the seller credentials to access the Seller Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      From the dashboard, go to Sellers \u2192 My Profile<\/strong> to open the seller profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Configure Seller Location<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      In the seller profile, open the Partner Assignation<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Under Seller Co-ordinates<\/strong>, configure the seller’s location using the available location options. The configured geolocation is used to place the seller correctly on the Seller Locator map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Open the Sellers Section<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      From the Seller Dashboard<\/strong>, open the Sellers<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The seller management area displays the available marketplace sellers and their current information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Select the Required Seller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      From the Sellers<\/strong> section, select the seller whose profile or location needs to be managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The seller listing provides access to individual seller profiles for further configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Manage Seller Approval and Coordinates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      In the Partner Assignation<\/strong> tab, you can set the Seller Address Coordinates<\/strong> for the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the selected seller is awaiting approval, click Approve<\/strong>. A confirmation window appears. Click Confirm<\/strong> to approve the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Open the Seller Locator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      On the website, click Locate a Seller<\/strong> from the footer to access the Seller Locator. The Seller Locator displays available sellers in a list along with their locations on the interactive map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Select a seller from the list or map to view the seller’s details, including the available Call, Email,<\/strong> and Open in Maps<\/strong> options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Search for a Seller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enter the required seller name or location in the search field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The matching seller is displayed in the seller list and its location is shown on the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Odoo Marketplace Seller Locator supports seller search by name or location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. Filter Sellers by Rating<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Use the rating filter<\/strong> to narrow the seller results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Select the required starting rating from the rating dropdown. The seller list is updated according to the selected rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The rating filter helps customers focus on sellers that meet their selected rating level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12. Change the Map View<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Use the map controls to change the map representation while browsing seller locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The available views are Roadmap, Satellite, Hybrid,<\/strong> and Terrain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
