As a vendor is also a customer, this separate vendor dashboard functionality will allow the Vendors of the marketplace to have a separate dashboard with a new look and design.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">**Note:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The separate seller dashboard functionality will only be visible when it is enabled by the admin from his admin panel.<\/li>\n<li>Some options will only be available when the vendor separate dashboard setting is enabled. In the default system, those options will not be available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"panel panel-primary\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Features &#8211; Separate Vendor Dashboard<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The admin can allow separate vendor dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>An interactive vendor dashboard in a separate vendor panel.<\/li>\n<li>Vendors can access their customer grid, reviews, and activities easily.<\/li>\n<li>Allowed vendors to make withdrawal request for their remaining amount via separate vendor panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-primary\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Separate Vendor Dashboard Panel<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>Now, the admin can allow the <strong>vendors to have a separate dashboard<\/strong> in the <strong>Magento 2 marketplace multi-vendor<\/strong> module. The admin if selects this option as &#8220;Yes&#8221;, as a vendor is also a customer, the vendors will be able to have a separate dashboard that will not have the account section for the customer but only the vendor dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>To set up this option the admin will navigate to <strong>Stores<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Configuration<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Webkul<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Marketplace<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Seller Dashboard Layout Setting<\/strong>. Here, the admin will select the option &#8220;<strong>Allow Seller Separate dashboard<\/strong>&#8221; and set it as &#8220;Yes&#8221;.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Seller-Dashboard-Setting-Configuration.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Seller-Dashboard-Setting-Configuration.png\" alt=\"Seller-Dashboard-Setting-Configuration\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Below find the comparison wherein we will show you the changes that take effect after the admin has set this setting &#8220;<strong>Allow seller separate dashboard<\/strong>&#8221; as &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-success\">\n<div>When the option is set to No &#8211;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>When the option is set to &#8220;<strong>No<\/strong>&#8221; which is the default one, the vendor&#8217;s dashboard is visible as shown below in the snapshot.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Vendor Dashboard<\/span> &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>The vendor dashboard has the <strong>vendor account panel<\/strong> and the <strong>customer account panel\u00a0<\/strong>both visible to the vendor on the <strong>left-hand<\/strong> side.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Default-Seller-Dashboard.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Default-Seller-Dashboard.png\" alt=\"Magento 2 marketplace separate vendor panel\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, after the admin has set the setting &#8220;<strong>Allow seller separate dashboard<\/strong>&#8221; as &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8220;, the vendor can log in to his account by clicking on the &#8220;<strong>Vendor Login<\/strong>&#8221; link placed in the footer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Login-Button-Vendor.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Login-Button-Vendor.png\" alt=\"Magento 2 Marketplace Separate Vendor Panel\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clicking the <strong>Vendor Login<\/strong> link, the seller will be able to see the new login section and can enter his credentials to log in to his account panel.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Login-Screen.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Login-Screen.png\" alt=\"Login-Screen\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After <b>login<\/b>, the<strong> vendor dashboard<\/strong> will appear as shown in the below snapshot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Vendor-Dashboard.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Vendor-Dashboard.png\" alt=\"Vendor-Dashboard-Menu-Option\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s go through the <strong>various options<\/strong> that are available on the above page.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: blue;\"><strong>Vendor Account Drop-Down<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Clicking on the vendor account drop-down option will show the account related options which include &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Buyer Dashboard<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Logout\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Dashboard-Seller-Action-Drop-Down.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Dashboard-Seller-Action-Drop-Down.png\" alt=\"Dashboard-Seller-Action-Drop-Down\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Account Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clicking the account settings menu option will redirect the vendor to the<strong> marketplace edit seller profile<\/strong> page. Here, the vendor can edit his profile information and can view his collection and profile pages by clicking the buttons provided for the same. The vendor can see the &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of orders approved<\/li>\n<li>Number of orders in process<\/li>\n<li>Number of complete orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The vendor can also see the total number of orders that have been placed by the customers, the total number products available, and the total number of logged in customers, the lifetime sales and the total payout that has been made by the admin to the vendor.\u00a0 The seller can also find the details of the latest orders that have been placed along with the latest comments and reviews by the customers. the seller can also see the various charts displaying the top-selling category, price, value, and, quality rating.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Vendor-Dashboard-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Vendor-Dashboard-1.png\" alt=\"Magento 2 Marketplace Separate Vendor Panel\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clicking the <strong>Orders<\/strong> menu option will bring up the section to view all the orders that have been placed for this vendor&#8217;s products. Here, the UI components have been used to display the grid that uses ajax to display the grid data.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Seller-Orders-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Seller-Orders-1.png\" alt=\"Seller-Orders\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nClicking the &#8220;<strong>Order<\/strong>&#8221; link under the column <strong>View<\/strong> will<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>allow the seller to view the complete order details. The sellers can request for their remaining payout under this section.
