The customer can use one set of credentials for various platforms. The customers won&#8217;t have to remember multiple passwords for each login. Using Magento SSO, the customers can log into the UVdesk Helpdesk system using their existing Magento store credentials. This will simplify the procedure of creating a support ticket as the customers can use Single Sign On feature easily.<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel panel-info\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Features<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<ul>\n<li>The admin can register the clients from the admin panel.<\/li>\n<li>The customers can log into the UVdesk help-desk system using their Magento credentials.<\/li>\n<li>The admin can set the Cancel URL or can set it as empty to redirect the customers to the storefront.<\/li>\n<li>No need\u00a0to remember the credentials for multiple login access to other portals like the UVDesk help desk system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Installation<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>After unzipping the extension you will find the <strong>src<\/strong> folder. Inside the <strong>src<\/strong> folder, you have the <strong>app<\/strong> and <strong>lib<\/strong> folders. Now, move the\u00a0<strong>app <\/strong>and<strong> lib<\/strong>\u00a0folder into\u00a0<strong>Magento\u00a0root folder<\/strong>\u00a0on the\u00a0<strong>server<\/strong>\u00a0as shown below in the snapshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Installation-Magento-SSO-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Installation-Magento-SSO-1.png\" alt=\"Insallation of Magento SSO single sign on\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After moving the\u00a0<strong>app <\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0lib\u00a0<\/strong>folders, you just need to\u00a0<strong>flush<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>Magento cache<\/strong>, by navigating through\u00a0<strong>System<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Cache Management<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Flush-Cache.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Flush-Cache.png\" alt=\"Flush cache Magento SSO\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Admin Configuration<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will be able to\u00a0configure the extension via the admin backend. The admin will navigate to <strong>SSO<\/strong>&gt;<strong>Add<\/strong>\/<strong>Manage SSO<\/strong>.\u00a0Here, the admin can Add\/Manage multiple customer integrations for the Single Sign On.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Admin-Configuration-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Admin-Configuration-2.png\" alt=\"Admin Configurations\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To add a new SSO Info., the admin will tap the &#8220;<strong>Add\/Manage SSO<\/strong>&#8221; menu option that opens another page to add a new SSO. Here, the admin can see a complete list of added client integrations and can click them to edit or select them to delete as per need.<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Add-Manage-SSO-1-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Add-Manage-SSO-1-1.png\" alt=\"Add Manage Integrations\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nTo add a new integration, the admin will tap the &#8220;<strong>Add SSO<\/strong>&#8221; button that brings up another page. Here, the admin will enter the <strong>name<\/strong> of the client, the <strong>Cancel URL<\/strong>(used if the customer clicks on the cancel button in place of the authorize button), <strong>Client Id<\/strong>, <strong>Secret Key<\/strong>, and then tap the &#8220;<strong>Save and Continue Edit<\/strong>&#8221; menu option.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Create-SSO-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Create-SSO-2.png\" alt=\"Create SSO\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After this, the admin will get the <strong>Client ID<\/strong> and the <strong>Secret Key.<\/strong>\u00a0The(client id and the secret key) will be used to configure the settings in the UVdesk\u00a0backend panel.<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/SSO-Credentials-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/SSO-Credentials-1.png\" alt=\"SSO-Credentials\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">UVDesk Magento SSO &#8211; Configuration<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"alert alert-success\">\n<div>How will this integration help?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The admin can integrate his\/her UVdesk support portal with their Magento Store.<\/li>\n<li>The admin\u2019s store users can log-in to the UVdesk support portal via Magento login credentials.<\/li>\n<li>The users who are not signed-in will be automatically signed-in to the UVdesk support portal of the client.<\/li>\n<li>After log-in using the Magento credential, the user can create a ticket for any support query from the UVdesk portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The admin will do the <strong>UVDesk<\/strong> and <strong>Magento SSO<\/strong> configuration as below &#8211;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/UVDesk-Magento-SSO-Configuration-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/UVDesk-Magento-SSO-Configuration-1.png\" alt=\"UVDesk Magento SSO Configuration\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here, <strong>the admin will enter<\/strong> &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>His <strong>Store Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Consumer Id<\/strong> and the<strong> Key<\/strong> that was generated while adding the customer in the <strong>Magento\u00a0SSO Info.,<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Website URL<\/strong>(URL of your web store where you want to redirect, usually the Login page).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**Note<\/strong> &#8211; The admin will have to log into the <strong>member<\/strong> <strong>UVDesk panel<\/strong> and thereafter he can configure the settings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">Customer&#8217;s View Of the UVdesk Frontend<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>After the successful integration of <strong>Magento store<\/strong> and the <strong>UVDesk<\/strong>,\u00a0the user will see a button &#8220;<strong>Continue with Magento User<\/strong>&#8221; at the <strong>UVDesk Portal<\/strong>. Clicking this button, the user can sign-in to the UVdesk support portal of the admin using their Magento Store credentials.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Uvdesk-SignIn.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Uvdesk-SignIn.png\" alt=\"UVDesk SignIn\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After clicking the above button, the user will be<strong> re-directed<\/strong> to the Magento store login page. Here, the customer needs to enter his <strong>Magento Store login credentials<\/strong> to log in and authorize.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/m1-snap-1-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/m1-snap-1-1.png\" alt=\"Magento SSO Redirect To Magento Store\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After login, the customer will tap the &#8220;<strong>Authorize<\/strong>&#8221; button. Also, if the customer clicks on the &#8220;<strong>Cancel<\/strong>&#8221; button then the customer will be redirected to the <strong>cancel URL<\/strong> that the admin had entered for this client.
