Admin can display the FAQs alongside description &amp; product details tabs and on the footer position of the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the number of FAQs to display on the product details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the number of FAQs to display on the FAQ page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure how many related product (that are associated to FAQ) names will display at the front end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726656840.png\" alt=\"general settings\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">FAQ Category and List<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the installation of the module, two new tabs &#8220;FAQ Category&#8221; and &#8220;FAQ List&#8221; gets available under FAQ in the back office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726657543.png\" alt=\"FAQ Category and List\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ Category<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726657744.png\" alt=\"FAQ Category\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can create an FAQ category by clicking on the \u201cAdd FAQ Category\u201d button. On clicking the button, a new form appears on the page where the admin needs to specify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Category Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meta title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meta Description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726658063.png\" alt=\"add faq category\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After creating a FAQ category, the admin can view it under the FAQ category tab. Once added, admin can choose to enable, disable, edit or delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726658867.png\" alt=\"faq category\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, the admin can add and manage the FAQ categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ List<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can add FAQ by clicking on Add FAQ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726659151.png\" alt=\"add faq\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking the &#8220;ADD FAQ&#8221; button, a form appears on the page with the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title and Content: In these fields, admin need to specify the FAQ title and content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category name: Here admin can select the category with which he wants to associate the FAQ. Also, Create FAQ Category link is given below the field. When admin clicks on the link, he redirects to FAQ category page where he can create a new FAQ category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products: In this field, admin can select the products that he wants to map with FAQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority: The FAQs will display according to the priority set by admin from this field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726659833.png\" alt=\"add faq\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once added, the admin can view it under the FAQ List tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726660543.png\" alt=\"FAQ list\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, the admin can add and manage the FAQs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the admin can associate the FAQs to a particular product from the add\/update product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Catalog -&gt; Products -&gt; Edit Product -&gt; Modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726661725.png\" alt=\"add faq to product\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726661986.png\" alt=\"add faq to product\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking the \u201cAttach New FAQ\u201d button, a form appears on the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin can select the FAQ for the product and the sequence in which the FAQ will display on the product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726661986.png\" alt=\"add faq to product\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1726664905.png\" alt=\"update or delete faq\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once mapped, the admin can update the FAQ.
