The sub-account user can also ask a question to the admin.<\/p>\n
\n- Manage Profile<\/strong> – Edit the seller profile information such as social links, contact number, upload banner, company logo, shop title, country, shop URL, shipping policy, refund policy, etc.<\/li>\n
- Create Configurable Product Attribute<\/strong> \u2013 The sub-account users can create product attributes for the configurable products of the sellers.<\/li>\n
- View Products<\/strong> \u2013 Permission to view and search the seller products list. Also, the sub-account user can see the quantity – confirmed, pending, sold, and view the earned amount.<\/li>\n
- Manage Products<\/strong> – The sub-account user can add a new product for the seller. To allow the sub-account users to edit or delete the existing products of the seller, the seller needs to give ‘View Products’<\/strong> permission also.<\/li>\n
- Manage Transactions<\/strong> – The sub-account user can view the payment transactions related to the seller payments.<\/li>\n
- Order pdf header information Management<\/strong> \u2013 Edit the order pdf header information that appears on invoices, orders, credit memo, packaging slip.<\/li>\n
- Manage Orders<\/strong> – Permission to manage the orders. The seller sub-account user can create a shipment, add the tracking number, send tracking information to the customer, cancel the order, create an invoice, credit memo.<\/li>\n
- My Customer List<\/strong> – This permission is available in the Seller Separate Dashboard<\/strong><\/a> view only. Here, the sub-account user can view the customer list of the seller with name, email, contact no., gender, address, base total, and order total.<\/li>\n
- My Review List<\/strong> – This permission is available in the Seller Separate Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0view. With this permission, the sub-account user can view all the product reviews and seller reviews.<\/li>\n
- Earnings:\u00a0<\/strong>The sub-users can also check the total earnings of the store if permitted by the seller.<\/li>\n
- Manage Sub-Account: <\/strong>The seller can enable the sub-account to create further sub-accounts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Manage Sub-Accounts<\/h3>\n
The seller’s main account can enable the option while adding the sub-account. With this feature, the sub-accounts are able to create another sub-account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n- \u00a0The sub-accounts will only see the sub-accounts created by themselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- The permission for the sub-account will be to only edit or delete the sub-account created by themselves.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The main seller account will be able to see all the sub-accounts either created by the main account or sub-account and can delete or edit all the sub-accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Sub-account does not have permission to manage the subaccounts which are created by the main account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nSub Account User Frontend<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nWhen a new sub-account is created, the user receives an email as visible below.<\/p>\n

- Order pdf header information Management<\/strong> \u2013 Edit the order pdf header information that appears on invoices, orders, credit memo, packaging slip.<\/li>\n
- Manage Orders<\/strong> – Permission to manage the orders. The seller sub-account user can create a shipment, add the tracking number, send tracking information to the customer, cancel the order, create an invoice, credit memo.<\/li>\n
- My Customer List<\/strong> – This permission is available in the Seller Separate Dashboard<\/strong><\/a> view only. Here, the sub-account user can view the customer list of the seller with name, email, contact no., gender, address, base total, and order total.<\/li>\n
- My Review List<\/strong> – This permission is available in the Seller Separate Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0view. With this permission, the sub-account user can view all the product reviews and seller reviews.<\/li>\n
- Earnings:\u00a0<\/strong>The sub-users can also check the total earnings of the store if permitted by the seller.<\/li>\n
- Manage Sub-Account: <\/strong>The seller can enable the sub-account to create further sub-accounts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Manage Sub-Accounts<\/h3>\n
The seller’s main account can enable the option while adding the sub-account. With this feature, the sub-accounts are able to create another sub-account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

- \u00a0The sub-accounts will only see the sub-accounts created by themselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- The permission for the sub-account will be to only edit or delete the sub-account created by themselves.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The main seller account will be able to see all the sub-accounts either created by the main account or sub-account and can delete or edit all the sub-accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Sub-account does not have permission to manage the subaccounts which are created by the main account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nWhen a new sub-account is created, the user receives an email as visible below.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\nWhen the users click on the link in the mail, they will be redirected to a page where they can set their passwords.<\/p>\n
After setting the passwords the users can log in to their accounts. Once the users logged in to their accounts, their accounts will display. Under account, only those web store functionalities which have been assigned by the sellers.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\nNow, the account users can manage the store as per the assigned roles and responsibilities by the seller by navigating to these functionalities.<\/p>\n

\nThe admin can also manage the sub-accounts of sellers by navigating to Marketplace Management>Manage Seller.<\/b> Here, the admin can view the sub-accounts of a particular seller. For that, they need to click on the “Manage”<\/strong> link under the “Sub Accounts”\u00a0<\/strong>column in the list.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\nThe admin will be redirected to the Seller Sub Account<\/strong> page when clicks on the\u00a0“Manage”<\/strong>\u00a0link against any particular seller. This page will display the list of sub-accounts of that particular seller.<\/p>\n

- Delete the sub-accounts by selecting the delete option from the \u201cActions\u201d<\/b> drop-down list.<\/li>\n

The admin can add\/create the new sub-accounts by navigating to Marketplace Management>Manage Sellers> SubAccounts-Manage>Add New Sub Account. <\/b>The following page will open:<\/p>\n
