Considering all these things in mind, Webkul comes up with the module ‘Odoo Website Collection Page’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Website Collection page<\/strong> allows you to create collection pages and collection groups for your Odoo Website. It helps to categorize a certain set of products on a single page which makes search convenient for a customer and gives them a better shopping experience. Admin can customize the collection pages as per their requirements like as a display type, add banners to the collection page. These collection pages also let you showcase the latest products uploaded on your Odoo website that results in increased sales and profits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>
    2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018website_collection_page\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search \u2018website_collection_page\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Odoo Backend Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      1. Firstly, login to the ‘Odoo Instance’<\/strong> and go to the ‘Settings’<\/strong> module.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Now, click on the ‘Users’ tab under the ‘Users & Companies’ menu. Enable the checkbox next to ‘Manage Collection Pages’<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Now, go to the ‘Website’<\/strong> module click on the ‘Webkul Website Addons’<\/strong>. Enable the checkbox next to Website: Collection Page<\/strong> and click on the ‘Configuration’ <\/strong>button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Add label for collection page; Select where to show collection menu i.e., Header, Footer, or both, and then click on the Apply<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Now, go to ‘Sales’<\/strong> module; click on the ‘Collection Page’<\/strong> under the ‘Products’<\/strong> menu.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Define title of the page, select the display view of the collection page on the website also you can decide whether to display information block on the banner or not and if you decide to display select the information block position accordingly and add banner to the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Select parameters for conditions on the basis of which product is to be added to the collection page.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  If you select the Option ‘Manually select Products’<\/strong> then you have to add the products manually for the collection page, no conditions required in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  But If you select the option ‘Automatically select Products based on Conditions’<\/strong> then the products will be added automatically based on the conditions you create. You also have to select the option for condition i.e., All Conditions<\/strong> or Any Condition <\/strong>according to which the products will be added to the list automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
