Procurement Threshold quantity<\/strong> &#8211; After placing an order if the product quantity becomes equal to or less than the threshold quantity then the quotation will be created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Procurement<\/strong> <strong>Default Quantity<\/strong> &#8211; Here you can set the quantity for the automatic quotation creation for the purchase order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Default Prefix<\/strong> &#8211; Enter any prefix for the purchase order ID number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Padding<\/strong> &#8211; Enter the padding for the purchase order ID number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Purchase order instead of<\/strong> <strong>sales order<\/strong> &#8211; When someone places an order, select Yes if you want to create a purchase order instead of a sales order, otherwise select No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Update Price Increment Type<\/strong> &#8211; The admin can either select percent or fixed to update the price after receiving the purchase order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
