INSTALLATION PROCESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you purchase our Prestashop Odoo Bridge module, you will get two module files that need to be installed, each at the Odoo and Prestashop ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ODOO END INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. Moreover, one can also activate the developer mode by typing \u2018debug\u2019<\/strong> after \u2018web?<\/strong>\u2019 in the URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) After that, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f.) You will see the module in the search result. Click on the \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> icon to install it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRESTASHOP END INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a.) To install the module on Prestashop, Go to \u201cModule Manager\u201d in the \u2018Modules\u2019 menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u2018Upload a module\u2019 icon in the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Upload the \u2018prestaerp\u2019 module that needs to be installed at the Prestashop end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) Once uploaded, search the module in the Modules list. You will see the module in the search result. Click on the \u2018Install\u2019 icon to install it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONFIGURATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the installation is done you need to configure the module on both Prestashop and Odoo ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note to remember:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1) Firstly, you need to configure at Odoo end followed by configuration in Prestashop end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Please remember that while testing the Prestashop Connection, Odoo connection should be active.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

ODOO END CONFIGURATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You need to enter the Base URL of Prestashop with the API URL and API Key in order to test and make the connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following are the synchronization settings that need to be updated:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:- Sales Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Update the payment terms, that you want to keep Odoo to automatically update it in Prestashop Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) After that, add the Prestashop Salesperson in Odoo to use it in Prestashop Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Add the Prestashop Sales Team in Odoo to use in Prestashop Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) Select a Service product for discounts, the selected service product will be used to manage discounts on ecomm orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e.) Select a Service product for Coupon, selected service product will be used to manage coupon amount on ecomm order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f.) Enable invoice status option, to update invoice status at Prestashop end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

g.) Enable Cancel Status,  to update Cancel Status at Prestashop end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

h.) Enable Shipment Status to update Shipment Status at the Prestashop end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i.) Enable Notify Customer to notify customers via emails at Prestashop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:- Product Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Default Category: After Product import, the selected default Category will get assigned as the internal product category at the Odoo end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Set the Invoicing Policy for Orders, i.e on the basis of Ordered Quantity or Delivered Quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Select the default Tracking to be used for traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) Enable the \u201cAvoid product duplicity\u201d option to avoid product duplicity based on ‘SKU’ & ‘Barcode’ during product synchronization from ecomm to Odoo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

e.) Enable the \u201cAvoid category duplicity\u201d option to avoid category duplicity based on ‘Name’ & ‘Parent’ during category synchronization from ecomm to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f.) Enable the \u201cAvoid attribute duplicity\u201d option to avoid Attribute & value duplicity based on the Name during attribute synchronization from ecomm to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- Other Default Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Update the default language for Prestashop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Select the default Odoo Company that needs to be used for data synchronization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Select the default \u201cWarehouse\u201d. The selected default warehouse will be used for stock synchronization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) Inventory Update, selected inventory update option will be used for inventory synchronization from Odoo to Ecomm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e.) \u201cStock Based On\u201d option allows you to select stock synchronization on the basis of On Hand Quantity or Forecasted Quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRESTASHOP END CONFIGURATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once done, go to \u201cOdoo Mapping\u201d and select the \u201cOdoo Configuration\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:- POB CONNECTION CONFIGURATION<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Enter the require fields, Url, Port, Database, User Name, Password and Instance Id. After entering all the details click on \u201cSave and Stay\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:- ODOO ORDER SETTINGS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) RealTime Order Export from Prestashop to Odoo<\/strong>, if Enabled, orders are automatically exported to Odoo in real-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Automatically Update Status from Prestashop to Odoo<\/strong>, if Enabled, then any change\/update in the Order status at the Prestashop end is also updated to the Odoo end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) Automatically Confirm Orders<\/strong>, if Enabled, orders created from the Prestashop end will automatically be created as Sale Orders in Odoo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d.) Automatically Generate Invoice<\/strong>, if Enabled, the Invoice will be automatically created in Odoo for exported orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e.) Manual Map of product from Prestashop to Odoo, <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Enabled, You can manually map (product(Odoo) and combination(Prestashop) and (product templates(Odoo) and products(Prestashop) of Odoo and Prestashop<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Save button to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- BACKUP OPTIONS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Drop Database Tables during Update, if enabled this feature allows you to drop all mapping tables during module update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the Save button to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:-  OPTIONAL FEATURES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Multi-Language<\/strong>, this feature needs to be enabled if you are using POB- Multi-Language extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prestashop Multi-language Support POB extension allows you to Export\/import Products and categories translation in their default and regional languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Multi-Shop<\/strong>, this feature needs to be enabled if you are using the Multi-Shop extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) POS-Category<\/strong>, this feature needs to be enabled if you are using our POS-Category POB extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Bridge for Prestashop POS Categories extension allows you to synchronize the Prestashop category with the POS category in Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:- Attributes Export and Mapping ( from Prestashop to Odoo)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to Odoo Mapping and select the \u201c Attributes\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u201cSynchronize\u201d button to import and map all Attributes from Prestashop to Odoo end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) If attributes are already present at Odoo and Prestashop end, then you can manually map the attributes using the \u201cManual Mapping\u201d Option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to Odoo Mapping and select the \u201c Manual Product Export to Odoo\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Select the Products that need to be exported and select the \u201cExported to Odoo option\u201d in Bulk Actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- Bulk Product Export and Mapping ( from Prestashop to Odoo)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cOdoo Mapping\u201d, and select \u201cAll Products\/Combinations\u201d option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u201cSynchronize\u201d button to import and map all products from Prestashop to Odoo’s end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.) After that, go to \u201cOdoo Mapping\u201d, and select \u201cCustomers\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cOdoo Mapping\u201d, Select \u201c Taxes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u201cSynchronize\u201d button to import and map all taxes from Prestashop to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c.) If taxes are already present at Odoo and Prestashop end, then you can manually map the taxes using the \u201cManual Mapping\u201d Option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6:- Carrier Export and Mapping ( from Prestashop to Odoo)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cOdoo Mappings\u201d and select the \u201cCarriers\u201d Option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u201cSynchronize\u201d button to import and map all Carriers from Prestashop to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:- Currency Export and Mapping ( from Prestashop to Odoo)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cOdoo Mappings\u201d and select the \u201cCurrency\u201d Option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Click on the \u201cSynchronize\u201d button to import and map all Currencies from Prestashop to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cOdoo Mapping\u201d and select the \u201c Export Manual Orders\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.) Select the Orders that need to be synchronized to the Odoo end and Click on the \u201cSynchronize to Odoo\u201d option in Bulk Action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Export ( from Odoo to Prestashop)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1:- Export Attributes and their values (from Odoo to Prestashop)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

a.) Go to \u201cecom Odoo Bridge\u201d Module at the Odoo end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
