‘Odoo Product More Info’<\/strong> module allows your customer to request more info about the product from the seller. Customers can raise the query related to the product to clear their doubts before making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feature of more info attracts the customers to your Odoo Website. It helps the customers to get all the information regarding the product and make a seamless purchase<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. The Odoo Product More Info allows you to enable\/disable the More Info Option.<\/li>
  2. You can even set mail from the backend.<\/li>
  3. The user can send Product related Query from the Product page.<\/li>
  4. You can send the product information requested by the customers and resolve their queries.<\/li>
  5. Only the logged in customers can request Product Info.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>
    2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018website_request_more_info\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search \u2018website_request_more_info\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      1. Customer can request for more info regarding the product by simply clicking on the More Info<\/strong> button on the Product page.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. In case if customer is not logged in, so to proceed with the further process user have to login using his registered username and password<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Enter the Email and Password and the customer is redirected to the same product page.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Now, the customer is logged in and they have access to request product more info. Click on the More Info<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. On clicking more info link, a popup window will appear with the auto-fill information like name, email, mobile.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. On request more info window, a user can define his the query and click on Submit<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \"Submit<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Once user query submitted successfully, the customer will receive a confirmation message.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Admin can check the queries from backend. To check the queries go to the Product Query<\/strong> under the Orders<\/strong> tab on Website<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Admin can Add the Answer of the Query, then Save the Answer by clicking on Save Answer<\/strong> button. You can see that the Product Query is in New State.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. After Saving the answer of the query, the state of query is now changed to the Answer<\/strong>. Now, the Admin can send the Answer of the Product Query to the Customer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. Email Template of the Product Query Answers.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
