<strong>Configuration. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Here the admin can set his <strong>email<\/strong>(responsible for all notifications), <strong>name<\/strong>(Name of the store owner), <strong>Minimum Quote<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Quantity<\/strong>(Minimum quote quantity that needs to be purchased), <strong>Allowed File Types<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/configuration-backend.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/configuration-backend.png\" alt=\"Admin Configuration - Magento Advanced\u00a0Quote System\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now the admin will enter the details that will be visible on the <strong>quotation receipts<\/strong>. Here the admin will enter the <strong>Heading titles<\/strong> for the <strong>three headers<\/strong> available and the <strong>title<\/strong> for the <strong>footer<\/strong>, select the <strong>icon<\/strong> for <strong>quotation <\/strong>or delete any previously added icon.<\/li>\n<li>The admin will enter the <strong>State<\/strong>, <strong>City<\/strong>, and <strong>Zip<\/strong> <strong>code\u00a0<\/strong>and the <strong>contact<\/strong> <strong>number<\/strong>.\u00a0After making all the configuration settings tap the <strong>save<\/strong> button at the\u00a0top <strong>right-hand side\u00a0<\/strong>to save all the settings.<\/li>\n<li>lastly, the admin can set the option to <strong>disable<\/strong> the <strong>price<\/strong> of the <strong>quote products<\/strong> at the front-end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-success\">\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Manage Advanced Quotes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Under this menu option, the admin will find all the bulk quotes that have been submitted by various customers.<\/p>\n<p>The admin can see the quotation receipts submitted by clicking on the respective &#8220;<strong>Quotation Id<\/strong>&#8220;. To view the quoted product, the admin will click on the &#8220;<strong>Product Id<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>To view the complete details of the quote the admin can click on the &#8220;<strong>View Quotes<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Manage-Advance-Quotes.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Manage-Advance-Quotes.png\" alt=\"Manage Advance Quotes\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After clicking on the &#8220;<strong>View Quotes<\/strong>&#8220;, the admin can view all the quotation requests for the product. The customer can give their quote on that particular product that has an enabled quote status.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/enable-quote.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/enable-quote.png\" alt=\"Manage Advance Quotes\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Customers will be able to quote the products after logging in to their account.
