The buyer can like or dislike the answers. The admin can assign their product to the seller then the seller can manage those products.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This module is an add-on to the Marketplace Module. To use this module you must have installed the <b class=\"black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/magento2-multi-vendor-marketplace.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Magento 2 Marketplace Module<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Check the plugin working at the storefront in the video mentioned below &#8211;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-wk-block-youtube-video wk-block--yt-video wk-block-yt-classic components-placeholder\">\n<div class=\"wk-block--yt-video-frame\">\n<div class=\"wk-block--yt-video-frame-request\" data-plyr-provider=\"youtube\" data-plyr-embed-id=\"GJ8-b1-a2dI\">\n<div class=\"components-placeholder__instructions\">GJ8-b1-a2dI<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-primary\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\"><i class=\"fa fa-mail-forward\"><\/i><strong>Features<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<ul>\n<li>Question form on the product page to let customers ask a question.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer can ask the question for the seller\u2019s and the admin\u2019s product.<\/li>\n<li>Email notification to the admin and the seller when a new question will be submitted.<\/li>\n<li>The admin can approve or disapprove of the questions asked by the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Show only the questions and the answers which admin approve.<\/li>\n<li>The seller can respond to that question if the question approved by the admin.<\/li>\n<li>The admin can also respond to the questions.<\/li>\n<li>The admin can delete questions and answers.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer can like or dislike answers.<\/li>\n<li>The product page also displays the like and dislike counts of every response.<\/li>\n<li>The customer can see all the questions and answers made on that product.<\/li>\n<li>The customer can also sort the questions by \u201cMost Helpful\u201d or \u201cRecent\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>If the admin assigns their product to the seller then the seller can respond to the questions.<\/li>\n<li>Questions on the admin product will not be managed by the seller.<\/li>\n<li>The extension is fully compatible with the <a href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/hyva-theme-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hyva Theme<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>GraphQL has been implemented for the extension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may also use the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/magento2-faq-extension.html\">Magento 2 FAQ extension<\/a> to create a specific area for frequently asked questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-success\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\"><i class=\"fa fa-cog\"><\/i><strong>Installation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p>Customers will get a <strong>zip folder<\/strong> and they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. Here, enable the module functionality by choosing a Yes else disable by selecting a No.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Question Approval Required &#8211;<\/strong> First of all allow or disable the auto-approval of the questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Answer Approval Required<\/strong> &#8211;
