Whether you are managing a restaurant or a store. Sharing information is always there in every business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, we have come up with the <strong>Odoo POS Order Notes <\/strong>module. That facilitates the POS user to add notes for the orders in POS and these notes will be visible for the administration as well as for customers. The user can add order notes to individual order lines as well as on the entire order. Moreover, the order nates can also be printed on the receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The Odoo POS order notes module allows the POS user to add notes on the orders in POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The cashier can add notes on each orders-lines and in POS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The cashier can also add the notes to the complete order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Moreover, the notes can also be printed on the order receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.) Once you purchase the Odoo POS Order Notes module From Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- <strong>\u201cpos_order_notes\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.) Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, <strong>click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.) Then, open on the Apps menu and click on the <strong>\u2018Update Modules List\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search<strong> \u201cpos_order_notes\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.) Now you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on <strong>\u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Back-end<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Initially, login to your Odoo and then navigate to the Point Of Sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/oIuTp_YyP1iR7FFhGDxfsBnn9cT3XnAbEcCMyfPvGdiekdiP62zZgb8Et9u9WHguJBFJO3RdpStMWGigNvsj90kBccHvMzvv381hUUqlN8Auin1piJhR16e5BFBFcFR4pvYHWtEC\" alt=\"Login to the Odoo database and navigate to the POS app to use the Odoo POS Order Notes.\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Then navigate to the settings of the POS session just by clicking on to the ellipsis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/HA4ujS3hWQGZkSJdlzjzQ6UkspRgkOi164hYUnwktzJDqLiMQeW2xRNrPgZ1bebiJumbzNpm1PiqoBi3r6cX-96unaTsOuf7dZxOhv-SeCEqicTw_-GOl6sxIE2J7y0vwEOEkVuY\" alt=\"Then navigate to the settings of the POS session just by clicking on to the ellipsis.\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Now, scroll down under the <strong>\u2018Order Note Option\u2019 <\/strong>section. There are several checkboxes that work accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enabling the <strong>\u2018Add Note Individual Order-lines\u2019<\/strong> checkbox, the cashier will be able to add notes to each order-lines in POS.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>By enabling the <strong>\u2018Add Notes To The Complete Order\u2019 <\/strong>checkbox, POS user can add notes to the complete order.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u2018Print Notes On The receipt\u2019 <\/strong>by enabling this checkbox POS user can print notes on the receipt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u2018Notes Keywords Limit\u2019 <\/strong>after enabling this checkbox and setting the keywords limit, the cashier will only be able to type words in the note accordingly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/A5eH754Gppi9TBncu_iE0kiBonE1LowluJcGsPptgy7tvzJwATN6BWqPq92j9K8ILvhkq-kD3RKha5s2v7t1HkflJOlRS9re_-N8j8w_t4D7fcM2Sm_6XW2SjBqsMqRQJlSHaGI5\" alt=\"Navigate to the settings of the POS session by using the Odoo POS Order Notes.\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
