For configuring the outgoing mail server in Odoo you need to do the following simple steps.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps to configure outgoing mail server in Odoo<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>. \u00a0Go to the Outgoing Mail Servers menu through<br \/><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Settings -&gt; Email -&gt;\u00a0Outgoing Mail Servers.<\/strong><br \/>Click on the Create button to create the Outgoing mail server. Low-priority mail servers are used first and mostly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SMTP Server :-&gt;<\/strong>The server SMTP e.g, \u00a0zsmtp.hybridzimbra.com(for Thunderbird)<\/li>\n<li><strong>SMTP Port :-&gt;<\/strong>\u00a0The SMTP port of your server e.g,\u00a0465\u00a0(for Thunderbird)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connection Security :-&gt;\u00a0<\/strong>Security to be used like TLS(STARTTLS) or\u00a0SSL\/TLS. Use\u00a0\u00a0SSL\/TLS for\u00a0Thunderbird<\/li>\n<li><strong>Username :-&gt;\u00a0<\/strong>Your e-mail account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password:-<\/strong>&gt; The password of your e-mail account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>. Click on the Test connection button.
