The module applies the customer\u2019s choice consistently throughout the shopping and ordering process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return opt-out choice is carried from the product page to the cart, checkout, order confirmation, and order details, ensuring the selected items cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This User Guide explains installation, all available settings, management screens, and the complete customer experience, helping you configure and use the module effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE:&nbsp;PrestaShop Return Opt-Out Discount is compatible with the PrestaShop Multi-store feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of&nbsp;<strong><strong>PrestaShop Return Opt-Out Discount <\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer customers an instant discount in exchange for giving up their right to return the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set discounts at three levels, with priority Product \u203a Rule \u203a Global.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group products by category, brand, supplier or customer group and apply one discount to all of them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclude individual products from a rule when they should not take part.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer a fixed amount discount or a percentage discount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cap a percentage discount with a maximum amount, so low-priced products keep their margin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restrict the offer to the customer groups you select.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show the offer box on the product page, either under the price or in the extra information section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show a grouped opt-out checkbox for every eligible product in the cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update cart prices and totals right away when a customer accepts or removes the offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show the original price and a no-return savings badge on product listing pages once a product has been accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Require a consent checkbox at checkout with your own wording, and block the order until it is ticked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display the original price, discount, final price, and consent on the order confirmation page, in the customer&#8217;s account, and on the back-office order details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show a return opt-out summary on the order confirmation page, in the customer account, and on the order screen in your back office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Block return requests on opted-out items and show the customer a clear reason. A notice below the switch tells you whether PrestaShop merchandise returns (RMA) are on or off in your shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allow return opt out discount \u2014 <\/strong>offers the discount for giving up returns. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discount type \u2014<\/strong> Amount or Percentage. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discount value \u2014 <\/strong>the discount in your default currency, or the percentage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum discount amount \u2014 <\/strong>the highest discount a percentage can give. Leave it at 0 for no cap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customers groups \u2014 <\/strong>the groups that see the offer.
