Translations overwrite each other. Variation attributes end up as untyped free text nobody can trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This connector was built to not do that. It&#8217;s a Pimcore Studio bundle syncing Categories, Brands, Attributes, Products, and Variations with WooCommerce \u2014 both directions, every locale, via <a href=\"https:\/\/wpml.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wpml.org\/\">WPML<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Making Pimcore the source of truth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The real point isn&#8217;t just &#8220;sync data&#8221; \u2014 it&#8217;s letting Pimcore be the one place your product data lives, with WooCommerce as a storefront that reflects it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Model your catalog in Pimcore, once. Categories, Brands, and Products already live there as Data Objects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Map each field, once, per class. Field Mapping connects any Pimcore field to its WooCommerce counterpart \u2014 no code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export drives WooCommerce from Pimcore. Every edit goes out on the next export, updating the existing entity, never duplicating it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import stays available for the reverse case \u2014 pulling in an existing WooCommerce catalog \u2014 but once your team edits in Pimcore, export is all you need day to day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s the whole shift: stop editing product data in two places, and let Pimcore own it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What it actually does<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bidirectional sync <\/strong>\u2014 Export and Import for Categories, Brands, Attributes, Products, and Variations, each its own job type with its own history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Real multi-locale sync<\/strong>. Every entity exports per locale as a proper WPML translation group, linked together \u2014 not forked, unlinked copies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User-defined field mapping<\/strong>. Map any Pimcore field to any WooCommerce field per class. Localized fields get a locale picker automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variation axis via Classification Store<\/strong>. Color, Material, and similar attributes are typed `select` fields backed by WooCommerce&#8217;s real term list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Update, don&#8217;t duplicate.<\/strong> If an entity already exists in WooCommerce, export detects the conflict and updates it instead of failing or duplicating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A real job engine<\/strong>. Run this <em>after<\/em> Product import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open an imported variant and switch locales \u2014 Color\/Material now land correctly per locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Under the hood :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>few things worth calling out if you&#8217;re loocking something similar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Async job queue. Every export\/import dispatches to its own queue, consumed by background workers \u2014 never a request that blocks on a big sync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translation-group-aware exporters. The default locale exports first; every other locale links back to it, matching WPML&#8217;s own translation-group shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classification Store as the variation-axis source of truth.
