Authentication happens entirely through Meta\u2019s own login. A progress bar tracks the import as the app brings your Reels into your Shoppable &amp; Live Videos video library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it finishes, you get a full report \u2014 how many Reels synced successfully, and how many failed. Then click on <strong>Save &amp; Publish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Manage Your Synced Reels<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The reels dashboard shows everything you have synced as a grid of cards, each with its caption and sync date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Above the grid, you can&nbsp;<strong>search reels<\/strong>&nbsp;by caption, change&nbsp;<strong>Sort By<\/strong>&nbsp;(Newest Synced by default), and narrow results with a&nbsp;<strong>Date Range<\/strong>&nbsp;filter. Useful once a season\u2019s worth of content has built up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each card has its own menu with two actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sync Reel<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 refresh that single reel without running a full sync.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete Reel<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 remove it from your library. You will be asked to confirm first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also run&nbsp;<strong>Sync Reels<\/strong>&nbsp;again at any time after posting new content. However, disconnecting permanently deletes all reels and their video files from your library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconnecting starts with an empty library, so you\u2019ll need to sync and re-tag your products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Your Data<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Instagram Connector stores only what it needs to show your reels on your storefront: your profile details and the reels you choose to sync. The Instagram password is never stored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You stay in control of your data at all times. Disconnecting from within the app removes all connected data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you remove the app from your Facebook settings, your reels, videos, and connection are automatically deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Plans<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Instagram Connector itself has no extra cost; your Shoppable &amp; Live Videos plan includes it. What matters is the tier you are on, because access comes from the\u00a0<strong>Featured Apps<\/strong>\u00a0entitlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Free plan, we list Featured Apps as Not Included, so Instagram Connector is unavailable. Every paid tier from\u00a0<strong>Starter<\/strong>\u00a0upward includes it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can bill plans monthly or yearly using the toggle at the top of the Plans page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep an eye on cloud storage. Instagram saves synced reels to your library instead of streaming them. This uses your storage quota.
