Customers are redirected to an external website to complete their purchase.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This module provides a dedicated <strong>Affiliate<\/strong> product type for Bagisto SaaS, enabling the Super Admin to control which tenants (store owners) can create and manage external affiliate products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of Affiliate Products for SaaS<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenants can easily create new products using the &#8216;Affiliate&#8217; product type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store owners can set an external website Hyperlink where the customer will be redirected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option to enable or disable the display of the product price on the storefront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store owners can customize the button caption text (e.g., &#8220;Buy on External Store&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store owners can customize the button background color to match their theme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store owners can customize the button font color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the storefront, the normal &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221; button is replaced. Clicking it redirects the customer directly to the provided external hyperlink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Super Admin can choose the allowed product types for each tenant from the tenant edit page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New tenants get all product types by default, and at least one product type must stay allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a product type is revoked, it disappears from the tenant&#8217;s product create form, and the tenant&#8217;s existing products of that type are disabled on the storefront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscription plan product limits still apply when tenants create products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Installation of Affiliate Product for SaaS<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unzip the respective extension zip and then merge the &#8220;packages&#8221; folder into the project root directory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goto composer.json file and add the following line under &#8216;psr-4&#8217;:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">&quot;Webkul\\\\AffiliateProduct\\\\&quot;: &quot;packages\/Webkul\/AffiliateProduct\/src&quot;,\n&quot;Webkul\\\\AffiliateProductSaas\\\\&quot;: &quot;packages\/Webkul\/AffiliateProductSaas\/src&quot;<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run the below command to autoload the newly added files:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">composer dump-autoload<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goto bootstrap\/providers.php file and add following line under &#8216;providers&#8217; array:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">Webkul\\AffiliateProduct\\Providers\\AffiliateProductServiceProvider::class,\nWebkul\\AffiliateProductSaas\\Providers\\AffiliateProductSaasServiceProvider::class,<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Add these providers after the Laravel Multi-Tenant SaaS provider. Also, keep the AffiliateProduct provider before the AffiliateProductSaas provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run the below mentioned command from the root directory in the terminal to complete the setup:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">php artisan affiliate-product-saas:install<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s it, now just execute the project on your specified domain.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This extension is dependent on <a href=\"https:\/\/bagisto.com\/en\/laravel-multi-tenant-saas\/\"><strong>Laravel Multi-Tenant SaaS<\/strong> <\/a>module and will only work when the Laravel Multi-Tenant SaaS module is installed and properly configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Super Admin: Allowed Product Types<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>First, the Super Admin decides which product types each tenant can use. For this purpose, the Bagisto Affiliate Product for SaaS module adds an <strong>Allowed Product Types<\/strong> section to the Super Admin tenant edit page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, every new tenant gets all product types, including <strong>Affiliate<\/strong>. However, the Super Admin can untick any product type to stop that tenant from using it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allowed Product Types Section<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The section lists every product type available in your Bagisto SaaS store, such as Simple, Configurable, Virtual and Affiliate. Each type has its own checkbox, so the Super Admin can allow or revoke types one by one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-duotone-unset-1\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1120\" height=\"880\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/blog-affiliateproductsaas-allowed-product-types.webp\" alt=\"Allowed Product Types section on the Super Admin tenant edit page\" class=\"wp-image-557550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/blog-affiliateproductsaas-allowed-product-types.webp 1120w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/blog-affiliateproductsaas-allowed-product-types-300x236.webp 300w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/blog-affiliateproductsaas-allowed-product-types-250x196.webp 250w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/blog-affiliateproductsaas-allowed-product-types-768x603.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1120px) 100vw, 1120px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-Step: Allow or Revoke Product Types for a Tenant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the Super Admin panel and click <strong>Tenants<\/strong> in the sidebar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Tenants List<\/strong>, click the <strong>Modify Tenant<\/strong> action of the tenant you want to manage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, scroll to the <strong>Allowed Product Types<\/strong> section on the <strong>Edit Tenant<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then tick the product types this tenant can use, and untick the ones you want to revoke. At least one product type must stay ticked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, click <strong>Save Tenant<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Happens When a Product Type Is Revoked<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as the Super Admin saves the tenant, the module applies the new rules to that store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The revoked product type no longer appears in the tenant&#8217;s <strong>Create Product<\/strong> form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, the tenant cannot create, copy or edit products of the revoked product type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the same time, the module disables the tenant&#8217;s existing products of that type, so customers no longer see them on the storefront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, the tenant can still delete these products to clean up the catalog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Tenant (Admin) Management : Affiliate Products for SaaS<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Super Admin has allowed the affiliate product type, the tenant can log into their store admin panel to add these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating an Affiliate Product for Saas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Catalog &gt;&gt; Products<\/strong> and click on the <strong>Create Product<\/strong> button. In the product type dropdown, you will now see the <strong>Affiliate<\/strong> option. This must be a valid link starting with http or https.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Display Price:<\/strong> Turn this switch on or off to choose if you want to show the product price on your store page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Button Caption:<\/strong> Write the exact text you want to show on the button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Button Background Color:<\/strong> Choose the background color of the button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Button Font Color:<\/strong> Choose the text color of the button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Storefront View (Customer View)<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When customers visit your store website, they can view the affiliate product just like any other item.
