ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management allows businesses to create booking services with pricing, duration, capacity, images, and website details. It also helps manage booking schedules, available slots, and booking plans from one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All booking information is connected with ERPNext Webshop, Quotations, Sales Orders, and booking records. This makes it easy to manage reservations and keep booking data organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. After purchasing the app from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module ZIP file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file, and you will see a folder named \u2018erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Set up the module in your Git repository.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. If the app is hosted on GitHub, fetch it using the command:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    bench get-app \u2013branch main \nhttps://github.com\/your-account\/erpnext_booking_&_reservation_management.git<\/pre>\n\n\n\n

    Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    1. First, access the ERPNext Booking & Reservation Management<\/strong> module from the ERPNext backend by clicking on Booking System<\/strong>. This will open the main dashboard, where you can view an overview of all bookings and reservations and access the module’s features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. You can also view the booking details for a specific day by clicking on the desired date in the calendar<\/strong> on the main dashboard. This allows you to check all bookings and reservations scheduled for that day quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Level view:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    1. On the Webshop<\/strong>, customers can search and filter the available booking services based on their preferences. The page displays all available booking plans, making it easy to find and select the desired booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. To make a booking, click on the booking product<\/strong> you want to reserve. This will open the product page, where you can view its details, such as the description, available booking plans, pricing, and other booking information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Next, click Book Now<\/strong>. A pop-up will appear where you need to select the booking date<\/strong>, time slot<\/strong>, booking plan<\/strong>, and the number of bookings<\/strong>. After filling in the required details, click Book Now<\/strong> to proceed with your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. After clicking Book Now<\/strong>, the selected booking will be added to your cart<\/strong>. From there, you can choose your preferred payment method<\/strong>, apply any available coupon<\/strong>, and then click Place Order<\/strong> to complete your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. After you click Place Order<\/strong>, the order will be placed successfully, and the final bill<\/strong> will be generated. The bill will include all the booking details, such as the selected booking plan, date, time slot, quantity, pricing, and payment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Booking Configuration: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    1. To manage booking plans, click on Plans<\/strong> under the Configuration<\/strong> section on the main dashboard. This will open the Booking Plan List<\/strong>, where you can view all existing booking plans or click Add Booking Plan<\/strong> to create a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click Add Booking Plan<\/strong> to create a new booking plan. A new form will open where you need to enter the Plan Name<\/strong>, Sequence<\/strong> (to define the display order), and a Description<\/strong> of the plan. After filling in the required details, click Save<\/strong> to create the booking plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
