Leave it empty to use the 5 MB default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allowed types (ex: pdf, csv, xls, doc, etc):<\/strong> The file formats you accept, as a comma separated list. A file of any other type is refused when you try to save the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once admin have successfully saves the module. You will see the<strong>&nbsp;Customer Document Icon&nbsp;<\/strong>on the left side in the menu bar, as shown in the below image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the admin click on the Document Icon after that document you have created, with its type, status and creation date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the admin wants to add a new document, they can click the <strong>Create Document<\/strong> button and provide admin has to enter the required details while uploading the document such as :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: Enter the document name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type:&nbsp;<\/strong>Select the type (If the document is related to the Product, the admin will choose the&nbsp;<strong>Product Type&nbsp;<\/strong>else admin can choose the<strong>&nbsp;Marketing<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong>: Select the document status as Active or Inactive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong>&nbsp;Enter the description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of download Document<\/strong>: admin can set the maximum download limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File<\/strong>: Choose the file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly and most importantly admin will click on the<strong>&nbsp;Save Document button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Add document for specific Customer<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also attach a document to one <strong>specific customer<\/strong>, so that nobody else sees it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Admin can navigate through<strong>&nbsp;Customers&gt;&gt;Customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-duotone-unset-4\"><img decoding=\"async\" No other tenant on the platform can see them, list them, or open them, even with a direct link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A document with no customer goes to everyone.<\/strong> When you create a document from <strong>Documents &gt;&gt; Create Document<\/strong> without attaching it to a customer, every customer of your store sees it. To limit a document to one person, add it from that customer&#8217;s page instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inactive documents are hidden from customers.<\/strong> A document whose <strong>Status<\/strong> is Inactive stays in your list but never appears in a customer&#8217;s account. Set it to Active when you want it visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The download limit counts per customer.<\/strong> <strong>Number of download Document<\/strong> is how many times each customer may download that document, not a total shared between them. Once a customer uses up their downloads they see the message <em>&#8220;You have reached your maximum number of downloads for this file.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saving a document resets its download counts.<\/strong> Editing a document and clicking <strong>Save Document<\/strong> restores every customer&#8217;s remaining downloads to the <strong>Number of download Document<\/strong> value, including customers who had already used theirs. Keep this in mind when correcting a name or description on a document that is already in use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deleting a document removes its files.<\/strong> Deleting from the list, or with the <strong>Delete<\/strong> mass action, also removes the uploaded files.
