Odoo ShipStation V2 Shipping Integration<\/a><\/strong> connects Odoo with the ShipStation V2 API for complete shipping management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module allows you to get real-time shipping rates, create shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also generate labels, track deliveries, and manage returns directly inside Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018shipstation_v2_shipping_integration<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018shipstation_v2_shipping_integration<\/strong>‘.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Configuration of Odoo Shipstation V2 Shipping Integration<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open Inventory, then go to\u00a0 Configuration, then Select\u00a0 Delivery Method and create a new delivery carrier for Shipstation V2. Enter the Shipstation API key .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Next, open the Extra<\/strong> tab inside the ShipStation V2 delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then set the Carrier and Services, Default Weight, Product UoM, and Label Format. Finally, enable Void Shipment and International Shipping if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Next, open a Sales Order<\/strong>. Then click Add Shipping Method. After that, choose ShipStation V2 Shipping and click Get Rate to fetch the shipping cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Next, click Select<\/strong> on the carrier service that best matches your delivery requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. After that, the system displays the carrier name, service type, total shipping cost, and other shipping details for easy reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then review the information and confirm the Sales Order to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6 Next, click the Delivery button to process the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Then click “Put in Package” in the delivery order to create a package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Next, the system shows the Delivery Order<\/strong> after selecting ShipStation V2<\/strong> as the shipping carrier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then review the shipping details, package weight, and tracking section. Finally, click Validate to proceed with shipment creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9.Finally, view the generated shipping label in the chatter section, which displays the order details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The tracking reference number and a Tracking button are also available for easy shipment tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Open the ShipStation Data<\/strong> tab to view synced shipment details such as Rate ID, Shipment ID, service type, and shipping amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can also check the tracking URL and download the ShipStation label once the shipment status is updated to Done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. The cancel button is also visible just in case you want to cancel the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12.Click on the Return<\/strong> button in the Delivery Order to open the return window and select the products to be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Confirm the quantity and choose Return<\/strong>, Return All<\/strong>, or Return for Exchange<\/strong> to process the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. This screen shows the generated Return Receipt (WH\/IN)<\/strong> created from the original Delivery Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Click on Get ShipStation Rates<\/strong> to fetch return shipping rates before validating the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. Select shipment Rates <\/strong>for the Return<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. The ShipStation Data<\/strong> tab displays the selected rate details, including carrier, service code, and shipping amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It also shows shipment-related information such as Label ID, Package Code, and Tracking URL once generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. After generating the return label, the system updates the Tracking Reference<\/strong> and marks Label Generated<\/strong> as enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
