    Installation<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named \u2018wk_whatsapp_livechat<\/strong>\u2019(you can get the technical name from odoo app of the respective module).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open\u00a0 Odoo App<\/a> and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_whatsapp_livechat<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1)After installing the Odoo All-in-One WhatsApp Live Chat Integration<\/strong>, first configure the WhatsApp credentials.
      Navigate to the configuration menu and enter the required WhatsApp API details such as Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, Access Token, etc., to establish the connection successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Create WhatsApp message templates from the Templates section.These templates must be submitted to WhatsApp for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
