Odoo Global Cancel and Delete Orders<\/a><\/strong> helps users safely cancel, reset, or delete sales and purchase orders in Odoo using a secure wizard.
The module ensures accounting, inventory, and audit records stay accurate after order cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this module, invoices, bills, deliveries, receipts, and return operations are handled automatically. Only authorized users can perform cancellation actions, and every action is logged for traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. After this, you will see a folder named ‘wk_global_cancel_delete<\/strong>‘.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App<\/a> and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Next, open the Apps menu and select Update Modules List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_global_cancel_delete\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      W<\/strong>orkflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1. <\/strong>After installing the Odoo Global Cancel and Delete Orders <\/strong>module, enable the feature for the required users from
      Settings > Users > Select User > Enable Global Cancel & Delete Orders (Separately for Sale Order and Purchase Order)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. <\/strong>Open a sales order and click the Cancel\/Delete<\/strong> option. A wizard appears, asking for the cancellation reason.
      The wizard can create return deliveries, credit notes, and send emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. After cancellation, the order status is automatically updated to Cancelled<\/strong> and shows the reason for cancellation.
      Users can easily identify canceled sales and purchase orders in the order view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. <\/strong>Open a purchase order and launch the cancellation wizard. Vendor bills, receipts, and refunds are handled automatically.
      Users can cancel, reset to draft, or delete the purchase order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. <\/strong>After cancellation, the purchase order status is updated to Cancelled automatically and shows the reason for cancellation.
      This helps users quickly identify canceled purchase orders in Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. <\/strong>Upon canceling an order after delivery or receipt, the system creates the required return deliveries or receipts.
