    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018payment_tamara_refund<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018payment_tamara_refund<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Configuration of Odoo Direct Refund From Tamara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Invoicing \u2192 Customers \u2192 Invoices<\/strong> in Odoo and open the invoice that was paid using Tamara<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      First, ensure the invoice status is marked as Paid<\/strong> and the Tamara payment entry is successfully recorded. Only after this confirmation should you proceed with the refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. If you try to initiate a refund without creating a credit note, Odoo displays a validation warning<\/strong>. This step ensures refunds are only processed when a valid credit note exists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
