To help marketplace owners build a secure and verified seller ecosystem, we provide a powerful KYC (Know Your Customer) Feature App<\/strong> designed specifically for Multivendor Marketplace<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature ensures that every seller on your platform is properly verified before doing business, helping prevent fraud and improving overall platform credibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The KYC Feature App allows marketplace admins to collect, review, and verify seller identity details directly from the marketplace admin panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once enabled and configured, sellers are required to submit their personal and document details during or after registration for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Seller KYC feature app is available at a cost of USD 15 per month<\/strong> over and above your monthly plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the Seller KYC Feature Works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enable the Seller KYC feature app from the Featured App Section<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can easily enable the Seller KYC Feature App<\/strong> by navigating to Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel \u2192 Featured Apps<\/strong>, and then enabling the Seller KYC<\/strong> feature app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the Seller KYC feature app is enabled, you will need to approve the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure KYC Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After enabling the Seller KYC<\/strong> feature app, the admin needs to enable the \u201cAllow Seller to Fill KYC Form\u201d<\/strong> configuration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once this is enabled, the system allows sellers to fill out the KYC form after they register their account on the marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the admin enables the \u201cAllow Seller to Fill KYC Form\u201d configuration, they enter the number of days before the system sends a reminder to the seller for document expiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: <\/strong>If sellers do not update their KYC documents before they expire, the system will disable their shop and products once the KYC documents have expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin can also configure which details to collect from the seller, such as email address, mobile number, ID proof, and driving license<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the admin can decide whether these details should be visible<\/strong> and\/or mandatory<\/strong> on the KYC form page by selecting the respective checkboxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To collect the expiry dates<\/strong> for documents like ID proof<\/strong> and driving license<\/strong>, the admin must enable the corresponding expiry-date checkboxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller Submits KYC Details and Documents<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

After completing the signup process on the Multivendor Marketplace, the system redirects the seller to the Seller KYC form page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From there, they must enter their KYC details and upload the required supporting documents along with their expiry dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Seller<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Once the seller fills out and submits the Seller KYC form<\/strong>, the admin can review the seller\u2019s KYC details. If the details are valid, the admin can accept<\/strong> the KYC; otherwise, the admin may reject<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the seller\u2019s KYC details, the admin can navigate to Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel \u2192 Sellers \u2192 Seller Listing<\/strong>, then edit the seller who has submitted the KYC details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the KYC Details<\/strong> section, the admin can review the submitted information, download the KYC proof documents for verification, and then either accept<\/strong> or reject<\/strong> the KYC submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sellers can also check the status of their KYC verification by navigating to the Multivendor Marketplace Seller Panel > Profile > KYC Verification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, they can view the current status of their KYC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Seller<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Once the admin verifies the seller\u2019s details and accepts the KYC, the system will show the KYC status as Verified on the Edit Seller page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the admin approves the seller\u2019s KYC, the system will also reflect the same status on the seller’s panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin\u2019s configured number of days will trigger the system to send a reminder email to the seller that many days before the document expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the admin rejects the seller\u2019s KYC, the status will be shown as Rejected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email Reminder<\/strong> Template<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The system will send a reminder email to the seller many days before the document expiry, based on the number of days the admin enters in the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly, the seller will receive an email regarding the \u201cSeller KYC Document Expiry Reminder.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an admin, you can enable or edit this email reminder template by navigating to:
Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel \u2192 Mail Settings \u2192 Mail Templates \u2192 Seller KYC Document Expiry Reminder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your sellers will receive a KYC expiration reminder email. They can log in to their seller panel and update their KYC documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
