Purchase Quotation from CRM<\/a><\/strong> allows users to create Purchase Quotation directly from CRM Leads while continuing work within the CRM workflow. The module removes the need to switch between CRM and Purchase modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the Purchase Quotation from CRM module, sales teams can initiate purchase requirements during lead discussions without delays. This improves coordination between CRM and Purchase teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create Purchase Quotation directly from CRM Leads using a dedicated New Purchase Quotation button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Stay within the CRM workflow while initiating and managing Purchase Quotation from CRM<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select an existing customer or vendor during Purchase Quotation creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Create a new customer or vendor directly from the Purchase flow<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Manually add products with required quantities and pricing in Purchase Quotation lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Automatically link each Purchase Quotation to its originating CRM Lead<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. View related Purchase Quotation and Orders directly from the CRM Lead for better tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Control access based on standard Odoo CRM and Purchase user roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018wk_purchase_crm<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_purchase_crm<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open any lead or pipeline to view all the details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on the New Purchase Quotation button at the top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. You will see a pop-up to link to any existing customer or create a new customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
