Portal Purchase Signature<\/strong> <\/a>lets vendors accept and sign purchase orders online from the portal. It removes paperwork, saves time, and helps businesses confirm orders faster with a clear and secure signing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The module allows vendors to review, accept, sign, or reject purchase orders directly from the portal without manual follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a secure digital signing workflow, businesses get faster confirmations, clear records, and better control over vendor approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installtion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018wk_portal_purchase_signature<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo Apps and click on the Settings menu. Click Activate Developer Mode here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_portal_purchase_signature<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. My Account: The vendor logs in to the portal and opens My Account to view purchase orders. Navigation: Website \u2192 My Account\u2192 Requests for Quotation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
