Admin can set the order status on which commission invoice gets generate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/4-2.jpg\" alt=\"admin commssion invoice\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can set the ways in which commission invoice gets generate by navigating through Marketplace-&gt;Sellers-&gt;Seller Profile-&gt;Edit Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Seller-Profile1-png-1366%C3%97768.jpg\" alt=\"seller invoice\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commission invoice Based On<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each order \u2013 If selected, then admin commission invoice will be generate for the invoice for each order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Period \u2013 If selected, then admin can set the days\/month\/year after which admin commission invoices will be generate for the seller\u2019s orders invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/22-16.jpg\" alt=\"seller invoice\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Threshold Amount Value &#8211; If enabled, then admin commission invoices will be generate once admin has earned the commission amount he sets in Threshold Amount Value field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/23-9.jpg\" alt=\"seller invoice\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cron Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If admin wants to generate commission invoice based on time period or threshold amount value, then he has to set a cron task according to which admin commission invoices are sent to the sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, admin has set a cron task for every day and \u201cCommission Invoice Based On\u201d Invoice on Threshold amount value\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, if Threshold Amount Value is set as $100 and \u201cautomatically send commission invoice to seller\u201d is enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards, when admin earns $100 commission, admin commission invoice is sent to the seller automatically when the cron runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2-3.jpg\" alt=\"2-3\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Workflow at Seller\u2019s End<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the installation of the module a new tab \u201cSeller Invoice\u201d in seller&#8217;s panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1716035515.png\" alt=\"seller invoice\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invoice Setting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under \u201cInvoice Settings\u201d a seller can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set prefix for invoice number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the number with which invoice number will start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the VAT number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the legal information footer text which will be visible on the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1716035514.png\" alt=\"invoice setting\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order Invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under &#8220;Order invoice&#8221;
